At this point it was near closing hours so the RUDE NASTY owner kicked us out with WET cloths!! She threatened to call the cops and all! There were scents beads all over the floor, used dryer sheets on the floor, overflowing garbage pails and worst of all, a family of 3 kids having a "picnic" of McDonalds right in the aisle where the wash machines are. Absolutely disgusting. The attendant working there didnt come out from behind the counter at all. Many of the washers and dryers are out of service. When Diane worked here the place was immaculate. Because this is completely different from back home in Florida, I always expect laundromats to be in rough areas but this location was great and the bright lights made it even better.The staff was very friendly and made sure we knew how to use the extra large machines. The owner Jordan was very friendly and after recognizing my friend he mentioned to her that he is making lots of improvements to help improve the space. I know after hearing that she will definitely keep returning to his establishment!

The girls behind the counter are always so polite and every time they say it'll be ready the next day they call me a few hours later to say that they're ready for pick up the same day. All of them are very efficient and keep the place clean , tidy and I just immaculate. My grandmother worked as a laundry assistant in the Bronx for so many years and your girls keep your place of business the way my grandmother used to keep the place she worked at the same way. Most people would only post a negative and I called to see if I could speak to the owners directly because I wanted to tell you in person how lucky you are to have the staff you have . DON'T EVER LOSE THEM. Your place is the only place I recommend to people because how wonderful and helpful the staff is. We really like this laundromat and have been coming here for a while now! There arent homeless…read morepeople harassing you inside and out of the business, they have visible security cameras, and they lock the doors after midnight...oh yeah...certain days they are open 24 hours, which works for us since we are so busy most of the time. The parking lot has lots of spaces, but the lot is so small at the same time, it scares me, how tight it is...I've witnessed someone hitting my door while I was sitting there....hence the star drop. They have an ATM, and plastic cards that you need to add a balance to. The cards give you the credits for the machines. They are about 7 to 9 dollars, which isn't bad at all, especially when the dryers are free (for the most part). They say on the signs that you only need 20 to 30 min for the dryers, but I find that on medium heat, we need 50 so the credits run out. By the way, if you need detergent, dryer sheets, any of that stuff, they have it to purchase, cash and cards accepted. Also, the music inside is actually good! They play hits from the 80s and 90s,.and there is a TV on news 12 as well. If you want to leave, there is a 711, bagel boss, and plenty of food and coffee chains on that road.
