Thumbs up to Frank and crew for a job well done. My job was completed about 6-7 months ago (6/2018) and the wife and I have been very happy with the final product. I cant say the process was done with military precision but Frank was very helpful accommodating and was easy to work with. Sometimes a little hard to reach but always got around to returning our calls or texts to address concerns. We went to Frank with a custom shower design that was installed beautifully which i feel like we got great deal on. Also got a great deal on extra tempered glass for shelves and a table top all delivered without extra charge. Glass was tempered, thicker and cheaper than standard shelves i could find. I'm so happy I hired New Vision Glass. They have the best service and prices in town. Frank and his son, Jacob are so professional and polite. They answer their phone or get right back with you, day or night. You can tell they enjoy each other and love what they do. Everything we wanted was "no problem." (Frank even added silicon caulk to the top of my new bathroom cabinet mirrors to make sure water didn't come between the cabinet & the back or the glass (which had happened to our previous one, as he noticed.) That was completely above and beyond, for sure! My husband and I were completely remodeling the bathroom and we wanted a 10" glass panel which would hold our custom, rounded-and-also-diagonally-cut glass shower door (see pic)on top of our jacuzzi tub. Then we also wanted a rounded end panel. --For reference, the "custom glass company" first suggested by our contractor told us that we could have the door cut to be rounded their way, but not rounded and slanted diagonally the way we wanted it...um...how is that a custom cut?? --Not New Vision, they said, "no problem" and did it our way, and for the same price as the other company! Now our contractors are working with New Vision! If ever there might be a problem, Frank solves it without so much as a complaint; and stuff can happen, (like in our case, the hinge-holes were drilled into the door glass in the wrong place because of a misunderstanding between Frank and the fabricator.) Unlike most constuction guys I've met, Frank quickly and without missing a beat, owned the mistake and paid to have a new crystal clear low-iron glass door custom cut and re-drilled. Boom. Done. Amazing! New Vision uses great materials with thicker, treated glass panels, and top-of-the-line C.R. Lawrence hinges (best in the world) that open 180 degrees...(we were told by the above mentioned company that we couldn't have C. R. Lawrence hinges that opened that far...um, really?)The thicker glass is designed to make up for the lack of a frame, and looks so luxurious and elegant. We have a beautiful Carrara marble tile design throughout our bathroom, so we wanted to see it, which is why Frank suggested we go with low-iron, clear, (starphire?) crystal glass. To handle making the maintenance of the clear glass easier, Frank got us the very best special coating that makes the water droplets just. run off, called Enduroshield! I mentioned the hinges before, and I want to point out how Frank found us the perfect rounded, 180 degree hinges (so the door can swing all the way in or out of the tub) and matching rounded glass clamps to hold our glass in place and secure it to the walls without the need for ugly wall brackets! I feel it is a more updated look. He brought samples of the clear glass (which, he explained, was really green) and the crystal glass (starfire? - which is truly clear,) so that we could see what he meant and choose what worked best for us. He came with a laser level to makes sure everything was square and plumb. Frank was Uber careful to measure correctly, mark it with tape and Jacob installed everything just as carefully! Daddy-Frank put down blankets while son-Jay (as Frank calls him) made sure everything was clean and correct. They are a beautiful team! The work is spectacular. Got our frame-less shower door installed. Called Monday, Got a quote on Tuesday, measured on Thursday, and Installed on Friday. Had a great 30% and upgrade to 1/2" glass upgrade so that was a great deal. (1/2" is very impressive) Although they were not punctual, they still got the work done and we are very happy with the results. They were very precise on the measurement, great at explaining things so that we can understand, and most of all the installation was spot on! So after he stood me up for the second time, I turned to yelp to find another vendor, oddly enough i come accross this vendor and he no longer has 5 stars, he now was 4 prob wouldn't have called him if i saw what i saw now. Well now I have to write my own since my experience was the same with him. He literally said, I dont want your job, last time I under bid it, I charged $480, this time I want to charge $800, I said cool lets do it. He said reluctantly I will be there at 1730. I said okay I will wait after hours for you. No Call no show. If you are under any sort of time line. Done use him. I will say that the work he did the first time was good. I think maybe now he is a victim of his own success and is too busy. Growing pains. The installers Mike and Jacob were courteous clean and very careful with everything. Got a nice 30% Off discount and they put the coating on the inside surface of the glass at their cost price. I hate to give a company a one star review with out them actually doing work for me but the experience with them is just terrible. I practically had to beg them to come out and then to actually beg them to give me a quote. Once I got the quote I once again had to chase them down to actually schedule the work. Frank doesn't return calls or text. He showed up in my office asking for 50% and I told him that I don't think I feel comfortable since he wasn't responsive to my text and calls. So he turns around and walks away saying that this is how he does business with Mazarati and Ferarri and on and on. Suck! he held me up a week. read more

Completely rude. Made an appointment on Saturday for the following Monday morning work on our house. He said he would call to tell us exactly what time to expect him. He never called at 2pm we called him and he said he couldn't make it until after 7pm. We told him that wouldn't work as we had family in town that we had to take to the airport. He called back and said he could make it by 7pm or on another day which wouldn't work as we had to work. When questioned on why he didn't call us earlier he said he had bigger clients then our small job and had to pay his employees and we weren't high on his list. He was so rude. Don't know about the quality of their work but I can tell you their customer service stinks. As you can see, I don't write any reviews but this company's lack of professionalism pissed me off so much I had to write something. Today was the second day I was stood up by them. They were supposed to come yesterday to measure and quote for glass stair and balcony railings. I waited and waited and no one showed up. Not even a courtesy call. Today I received a call from someone else in the company apologizing and saying that Frank (?) had a family emergency. I can understand that and I won't even question the validity of that, but a phone call would have been nice. Anyway I agreed to give them another chance and asked if they could come out today. The guy said he didn't know but would check with Frank and get back to me. Four hours later and no one has called me. I call them back to ask if we're on for today and the guy says yes and that Frank was supposed to call me to confirm but he must have forgotten. Anyway, yes we're confirmed for him to come out tonight. Well guess what. We got stood up again. Well at least I got an apologetic call again from the other guy but I told him that their lack of customer service does not inspire confidence and ill have to look elsewhere. I just can't imagine dumping $20000+ into a project and be treated like this from the get go. I'll let you know if I find better success elsewhere. read more

I used New Vision Glass for a frame-less shower. They were great. If your shower is a standard shape they can give you a very accurate if not precise quote over the phone...so none of the ballpark numbers that always seem to escalate. There is a lot of work that goes into frame-less showers so I felt I got my money's worth. The measuring can take up to an hour, sometimes more. And even though you can't see it, there is a lot of caulk-work to get the shower waterproof. New Vision was very thorough and neat. They brought a catalog so that I could see all the different hardware types and confirm exactly what I wanted. The price was also the best considering that I had ballpark quotes from 3 other places where I filled out all the measurements online. They were also able to do the initial measuring after my work hours at around 8pm the day that I called which I found very convenient for my schedule. They also protected everything with moving blankets which was much appreciated. read more
