WOW!!! I would give 100 stars if I could! I've had foggy glass on a large bay window that needed replacing for some time, but I thought I'd have to replace the entire window unit. Nope! I called Jack at ASAP and he was available that same day to take exact measurements for 3 windows. He replaced the glass with beautiful dual pane glass that was even a better quality than the original Milgard glass. He was in and out in under an hour and I could not be happier with the results. Jack really knows his stuff. He's being doing this for over 15 years and you can tell you're in great hands. I'm going to have him do 6 more of my windows that have developed a fog over the glass due to weather conditions. I asked them for an estimate for a custom glass shower door. The company came out within 3 days and they advised me they would half to screw the door into the shower ( which would waive warranty) they were the only company that indicated that out of 4 others but the man said he will look into it and get us an estimate or advise he could not do the job . While here measuring and making sure things were level he was letting the level swing by his side while we spoke and hit the wall causing a chip of paint to come off the freshly painted walls . The technician took a picture and advised the office would me back . I called after 3 days they indicated they could not do the job and the owner would call regarding getting someone out to pair the chip. It's been over 7 days with no call and I hap my painter come and repair the chip. read more

had a large (6.5' x 2.5') window in aluminum frame that cracked. i called a few places for an estimate. oddly, almost everyone came in at the same price ($450... tho one place was $650 and i was like huh?!...). i know pricing is based on footage so, i guess most places charge the same. i don't know all the diff types of glasses but we were looking for like tempered (or whatever doesn't immediately shatter) window glass. i found ASAP on yelp. trusted them b/c of the reviews. and when i sent notes to set up an estimate, they always seemed to respond pleasantly and sort of promptly (sometimes in minutes... sometimes [while scheduling / confirming] to two days). but i will say they were always pleasant to work with while doing so. and the tech who came to measure / estimate, was also very nice even though we were standing in the rain that day doing it. after i decided to go with them (mainly because price was competitive, but estimator was simply very cool and not slick / salesman-y / bullshitty), they came a few days later. they replaced the window, did a good job and did it quite promptly (took less than 45 minutes.. i thought it would take much longer), left things neat and tidy, and again were good to work with. i fo' sho' hope i don't have to call them again! because that would mean i have another broken window! but if and when i do need to repair or replace more glass... they will be my first call for sure. ; - ) read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Worse experience as a homeowner. Day one broke the glass there were installing. Day 2 came back and did a horrible job installing. I complained to the office they said you have warranty on labor and equipment. The hardware ended up falling out of the wall. Shower glass can't open cause it's sitting on the floor. I complained again reminded them about the warranties and they told me they couldn't do anything for me it wasn't there fault. Now I have to sue them and have someone fix it. Neo, the head of the company, came out personally, did a thorough estimate and measurements, communicated promptly, and submitted a verbal estimate that was the lowest out of four bids. Sadly, my boss wouldn't accept ASAP's bid because he was in a hurry and would only consider the written quotes we'd already received. They were a little late but were communicative when I called to see what was up (traffic, it's LA, etc.) I don't know their names, sorry, but the one dude who was on the phone gave me an upfront estimate when I gave measurements of the window. When they arrived, they were polite, explained everything that they were doing as they were doing it, and also explained and confirmed with me that I wanted to proceed when the price had to go a bit higher than the estimate (weird dimensions to the window, not that I'd know any better but it seemed legit.) I had a great experience the last time Neo and his crew took care of our wall mirrors so I called him again for our newly remodeled shower and also our sunroom tabletops. I contacted ASAP Glass through good reviews on Yelp. Man was it a mistake, I've dealt with Glass companies before for my personal home and businesses, ASAP Glass are by far the worst. First off, they keep missing their appointments to come for estimates, which was fine with me because I was in no hurry. They keep missing their measurements, on what dimensions I requested, but Neo(?), I'm assuming is the owner, keeps blaming it on his guys not telling him the right measurements. You hire them, stand by them or get rid of them, stop throwing them under the bus. When is time for their big job, it was bad, Their cut around my thermostat was terrible, leaving sharp edges around the perimeter and does not flush to the sides as you can see on the posted photos. But this I didn't complain. My complaint was, after the glass was glued, I notice there was a huge crack from the bottom to where the cut was, there was also a small chip where the bottom metal plate come in contact with the glass itself. When I call Neo to come and see the damages, his first reaction was very rude and defensive, he first puts the blame on me for breaking the glass without even seeing the damage itself. Then he continues to tell me that they make no guarantees on the glass! so if they do the job and anything is wrong with it immediately after they left, the customer is on the hook, even it breaks due to the glue job, or pressure cracks. He then promised to come the following Monday to inspect the damage, Monday comes, no show. I called and he promises the following Monday, again no show. This continues for 4 straight Mondays. After missing 4 Monday appointments, he emails me promising to come, and guess what? he misses that and 2 other email appointments. So at this point, the guy knows of his errors and instead of fixing it, he hides from it through missed appointments and hoping that we'll just forget about it. Anyone who is planning to hire them for glass work better make sure to ask them if they stand by their product, if you don't, you might end up being abandoned by them if they screw up like what they did to me. Neo finally shows up on this last appointment the Saturday after and inspected the glass and decided that we were at fault for all the damages because we "could of" hit the glass ourselves. I will leave this to the readers to judge based on the photos posted. response to Owner Neo: How about getting your facts straight and not altering it, you went to measure our shop 3 times is due to your own communication issues with your employees. On the first appointment, I asked you to measure both walls of our shop with one wall having 2 options so that you would have all your measurements when the time comes for us to decide how the mirrors should be place. But every time I call you give me a price, you blame it on your employees for not giving you the correct measurements, I bet you will deny this. And even when you already have a measurement, I gave the ok to do it, you still want to come and measure it again so you can fabricate, so why would you consider it your client's fault? The reason it took 2 months for the actual job to begin is because we were under construction, and it is your advise that we wait until all the construction is done before you come to install the mirrors. I guess you've conveniently forgot about that and blamed it on me for delaying the job? It seems there's a pattern here. No, our shop wasn't broken into 2 times, once again, this owner just loves making stories up. It was broken into once and the other occasion was just broken because someone drop an object and shattered the glass. But the reason I did not mention it because the job because, one door he lost a screw and we had to come to the shop and find it for him, so the job was incomplete. The other door at our other location, the replace the glass but the frame was not properly installed causing it to come lose twice. Both job was done prior to the mirror, I didn't mention it because it was not a big deal and I can fix it myself as I did. But since he wants it mentioned, there it is. "After you called about the mirror I went personally and inspected the job to make sure there are no issues with our installation" I called June 21st, 2018, you came to my shop July 14th, 2018 to say I broke it myself. That's almost a month later, and you still deny that you missed multiple appointments? really? Do you want me to post these dates for people to see? "I checked and told you that SINCE THE AC UNIT CONTROL CANT GET PULLED OUT we will cut the hole around it with enough space to make sure there is no pressure on the cut out" did you check with your employees before you post this? Neo, I did not threaten bad yelp review if you don't take care of your job, I threaten bad review because you where missing appointments to even come and see it, get the facts straight. read more
