Tony was extremely friendly, responsive, and presented a very polished proposal and rendering, which is why I chose him over three other companies that I received quotes from. Everything appeared professional and legitimate. After taking my deposit, they showed up only twice in four months and completed just one of the six installations. After that, they completely disappeared. Tony stopped responding to calls, texts, and emails. He took a large deposit and failed to deliver the agreed-upon services. Bottom line: HE STOLE MY MONEY. Be very warned. This man showed up. Gave me a quote. In good faith I put down $2500 which was half of the bid. He cancelled installation after about 3 weeks claiming he had another job. Promised he'd be in the following week then claimed he was out of the country caring for his ailing mother. I told him to cancel the job as I felt I was getting scammed and wanted my $2500 back. He refused and said he'd return it when he got back into the country. My husband called him and they had a discussion. They seemed motivated even came to my Hollywood hills house and "hung out" there with his girlfriend. He mentioned he will send me a quote within a day or two and disappeared. I found AG Glazer on Internet and contacted them for a very good size job, which could be too big for them. We made an appointment like any other company to see and estimate the costs. But unfortunately nobody showed up, I tried to reach somebody on the phone several times , left messages. I even sent them an email just in case they see their emails faster than hearing voicemails. I was waiting for one hour and didn't get any respond. Accidents could happen, but as a professional company at least what I could do is to contact the client the next day, apologize and try to reschedule.
