This apartment only uses gas for heating, all other appliances are electric. They started adding fees to our bill in October, before we had even turned the furnace on they charged us $36. I would never have chosen this company had I not been coerced and manipulated by their door-to-door rep. I always shop suppliers online and have not had any issue doing so when I am choosing a company. The experience has left me hostile to any organization that sends reps door to door. I just paid a cancellation fee to avoid subsequent unexplained charges after the current month and I'm looking into filing a complaint with the PUC.

The man said the service is canceled and will have to be rescheduled. The technician wasn't even near the property. Customer service was absolutely no help and I asked fro a supervisor to call me back. The supervisor was not interested in resolving the matter. She just kept saying the service was attempted and nobody answered the phone. Its really sad that they have the monopoly here. Throughout the project we had various changes and additions and he was very accommodating even day of changes and the additional services that we requested were priced reasonably.
