You have to understand how impressive this is when you factor in that most facilities will use stock images and hide recognition of their techs on their websites. So you never know the full scope of a shops expertise, if they have any. I spoke with Mike over the phone, as I'm actually living in Phoenix, AZ. If that doesn't tell you something, right? He was so helpful, and albeit an admitted capitalist, he had my best interests in mind and recommend to me a spot a bit closer to myself. This is very commendable, as most of everyone I've spoken with is ready to snag your money regardless of circumstance. Much like their website and YouTube page, Mike was very transparent over this call throughout our dialogue. No hidden agendas. No sales pitch. These folks are genuine, and when it comes to big decisions like tattoo removal, this is necessary. To close this out, although I have not gotten actual work done here, there's so many out there that can vouch already. It's comforting to know that they also take care of their clients and don't just see numbers.

I will be reporting to BBB unless refunded for $300 of dysport which left my forhead all bruised. I had botox MANY times else were and NEVER bruised. I never complained about the bruising the point is... I DIDN'T WANT BOTOX told her I wanted tear TROUGH FILLER. My area of concern was my under eyes not my forhead. The botox did not address my issues and I would like to be refunded. How does botox for the crows feet help with the tear troughs? It doesn't I was misinformed and need to be refunded. -If AZANI cared about their customers they would rectify real fast and they did not infact, it was handle even worse than I could have imagined. I called back to schedule my tear trough treatment with another nurse and they kept canceling it. They have my email and phone and choose to do nothing because they do not care about their clients. Buddha Joe is the owner and "master artist - and I will say therapist type healer." He made a custom tat that incorporates the ways in which my dogs have saved my life. My responsibility to care for them. Especially my Bella (IVDD survivor and diaper-wearer). I as originally thinking that I wanted a circle around the semicolon. Joe looked at me and said, "it's a border - get rid of it." In the nicest coolest way possible. He told me to let him see what I couldn't in terms of incorporating a paw with the semicolon. He took me over to the computer and we selected images. He decided it would be incredibly powerful (for me) to have the last toe of the paw be part of the semicolon. I felt understood, heard and seen for who I am and aspire to be. I was able to see his other creations and - wow - is he talented. With a 14 month lead time they wait until the last working day before the appointment to cancel. That lack of planning makes me question their "concern" for their patients.
