Every space presents an opportunity for learning, engagement and growth. Every teacher engages with your child. There are no "worksheets." The children learn through projects and individual study. We loved the annual camping trips and nature hikes. Over time, the school and families became a safe haven for our family, changing our perspectives of what a school should be. When I brought up, calmly, that this was confusing and they should fix it because I drove two hours to get to the store. The cashier said nothing. Not a "Aw geez, I'm sorry. I can understand your frustration and why that's confusing." I'm a reasonable person. I've worked in customer service all my life. The demeanor of the cashier alone has put me off from ever visiting this store again or recommending it. We went to Uppababy a few blocks down and they were SOOO kind that it completely made my day. All I needed was some kindness. To the owners of the Pump Station- the people using your website are most likely VERY tired moms. I personally am getting 3-4 hours of sleep a day. Carlos did an amazing job clarifying the study materials, explaining the exam questions, and preparing me for the test. I passed my first try!!!! I did pay for the extra practice exams and I think they really helped me pass because when I took the actual test with PSI it was very similar. I highly recommend this course. Now that I am a Licensed Landscape Contractor I can grow my business. When the time comes to get my pool license, cement license, or general license I will defiantly go with License Instruction Schools.
