She was experienced and knowledgeable, answered our questions, gave recommendations, resources, and context, and we could not be happier with the experience. The office was quiet, clean, free from distractions, and the environment was comfortable and inviting. My wife had a few fears/concerns about being a first time mother, but after the class she's feeling much more comfortable now that she's equipped with so much context and information. I went on their website and they were offering the first class for free so I signed up. I am so glad that I did. I was 6 weeks postpartum when I attended my first class. I loved it so much that I signed up for the membership. Since then, I have been attending Stroller strides for a minimum of 3 times a week. My baby girl is now almost 5 months. I love that I can get a great workout and have my baby with me at all times and not worry about childcare. This was a huge help! Also, I love being surrounded by wonderful mamas. I feel very supported knowing that I am not alone in this fitness journey. You built this relationship with the community and you get to know and relate with other moms who have similar struggles. Megan and Lorena are amazing instructors and were very welcoming. They really motivate you. I always leave feeling stronger and full of energy. The owner, Carly, is very accommodating and passionate in helping mamas get fit and healthy. They also do playdates on some days after class with some DIY crafts coordinated by Rhiannon. Rhiannon is also amazing. I am so glad I found FIT4MOM.

This class is longer than the court required of 12 weeks it teaches the science of the brain but…read morenot much how to apply in your home it does have 10 classes about self regulation and 10 classes about parenting but they have breaks in between so it extends your completion date further than what youd think having to complete 20 classes to get a certificate its based on a sliding scale plus enrollment fee and its on saturdays for two hours parking is terrible i learned alot after 8 classes i found a more affordable class much closer to home that gives me real life ways to apply the teaching at home im happy there so i wont finish overall i think this is a great class for broken parents who have gone thru tramas or have anger issues and not so much for the parent that has no person delimmas that will hold them back from focusing on the child only.
