It's been extremely difficult trying to get the overpayment from my lemon law case returned. I keep getting the runaround, and no one seems willing to resolve the issue. The lack of communication and constant delays have made this a very frustrating experience. I even showed my appreciation during my case by giving $200 in cash and a few bottles of alcohol as a gift. Looking back, I REGRET doing that. Overall, I feel the way I've been treated has been very unfair, and I no longer have confidence in the firm. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to ask detailed questions about how overpayments and refunds are handled before hiring them.
