Adluh Flour is a main fixture in Columbia, being probably the only remaining operating remnant of Columbia's industrial district. Most of the restaurants around use Adluh products in their kitchens, such as in their grits or in their baked goods. If you haven't had freshly milled grits before, you're missing out. They are an incredibly charitable company as well and have been known to help out with Harvest Hope and various food drives. Great company, great people, great grits.
