Really good chicken Caesar wrap $6.99 and was huge!!! Beef empanada was yum! Super fast counter style and they bring you the food which is a nice touch! Clean tables and floors and not too busy for lunch. Would recommend for quick healthy-ish lunch. Parking is a little challenging.

I was starving when I dropped by the post office next door or I might never have visited this place ... I love food, and in some ways I'm very particular in how I love my food to be ... for instance, I very much believe a Reuben should be dripping greasy from being grilled bread and all ... this place puts their Reuben on toasted marble rye ... not how I'd prefer it but it was really good... the flavors were awesome, the bread was good though a little stiff for my soft roof of mouth, but I'd still do it again ... the fries were perfect and plentiful: crispy outside, soft inside, and lightly salted ... I had stopped eating and I'm still reaching over to eat them cold because they're still good ... parking is difficult, they're in a busy office park on the main street side with a single row parking in front, but if you're passing by and hungry this place can definitely take care of that for you! read more

Google calling this place a coffee shop isn't just an exaggeration, it's a fabrication. After being surprised that I simply wanted 2 coffees, the cashier promptly disappeared into the back and I had to come call someone when there wasn't enough coffee to fill two 8oz. cups. Yes, there was only a single option, so I got it fresh and....it was truly terrible. I've had day-old Motel 6 coffee taste better (and that's AFTER the cream and sugar added). I basically donated to their establishment, good thing it was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Time for an update. Love the place. I have been going there for a few years now. Must try their meatball sub, steak and cheese sub, tuna and chicken salad sub. They have breakfast all day (love the ham). Their breakfast sandwich is the greatest. Love their sub/hoagie buns and their french fries are to die for. (They are open on Saturdays too now.) OUTSTANDING! I love their breakfast burrito and have stopped on my way to work many times for one. Today I went for lunch simply to try their Jamon sandwich and WOW was it great. Fresh large 8" new York style sub roll with Jamon and an onion relish. Have also had their Empanadas, they are fresh house made and very tasty as well. Can't go wrong with them either. Very nice husband and wife team that are always there, friendly and welcoming. Will continue to stop when I am in that area. read more

This place is HITTIN!! so as I'm in trouble at home because my back window has been broken for about 3 months lol. And my inspection expired in 2017. I have been on overdrive to get it done before we head out of town... TODAY! So as I wait for my window to be finished I walked down and peep this cafe. I just had the best damn breakfast! Small little diner in the cut. You can sit outside or inside. Quiet little spot and the food is off the hooooooook! I jus had some breakfast and now I need to take a nap lol. Good food, decent price, and magnificent customer service. I have always liked their food--it is a set of sandwiches and other food that I haven't found since I grew up in Chicago. And the price is reasonable. But their customer service is spectacular. In December, eight months ago, I had placed a large lunch order. They were very busy, and I was in a hurry to get back to work. I had to leave the order before it was served. Later that day I called them to tell them about the issue and they were very kind about their re-making the order at a later date. In mid-August (long story with a new position and a newly-adopted daughter), I was finally able to return. Talked to the owner and chef and they remembered the incident. Nastiest, crustiest, rudest women I've met in a while working a customer touch point. I had a coupon discount and entered the establishment well before the lunch crowd so there was nobody inside and nothing, but nothing going on. She had two options; one, below polite, two, be anything but....like a number 2 she chose two. Very abrupt, rude and inconsiderate when I asked if NYC was honoring discount coupons that were being held....the only thing in her vocabulary was "no because of Covid," that was the answer to each question...rather than take her time to treat me as a human and plug into my empathy channel she just came right over the top which was embarrassing to my son who was with me. I would not recommend this place to anyone who prefers to be treated with any level of respect or kindness....and not because of Covid but more to the fact that Covid should not be and excuse for treating customers in that manner. read more

I give this place one star solely because the staff is friendly.....for the most part. I went to this cafe recently to try their roast beef sandwich, as a friend raved about it. There was a young lady in front of me who ordered what I was going to order. The "cook" had been sitting in the restaurant taking a break and got up to go behind the counter and prepare the sandwich. Needless to say I lost my appetite and just got a drink and a bag of chips. The reason- The "cook" went straight to preparing the sandwich without washing his hands or donning gloves!!! I was appalled!!! How disgusting and unsanitary!! I've since told many of my colleagues and they don't go there either. read more

Stopped in for a late lunch after finding our hotel. Had the specials: New Yorker- Reuben on rye and the Chicken cheese steak. Both were very good. Restrooms were clean. Great food, everything on the menu is freshly prepared. Staff is friendly and eager to serve customers from open to close. I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone in the DMV area. Easy location to get to, off Fairfax County Parkway and 95. Tried many different Items on the menu and have always gotten a great meal. One of them looked directly at me while drinking water but didn't even greet or acknowledge me, and the other two never seemed to notice that someone was waiting. I wasn't helped until another employee came out of the kitchen to assist a different customer. She then went behind the counter, chatted briefly with her coworkers, noticed me waiting, and finally asked if I was picking up an order. The food has also changed. I used to buy the strawberry crepe for my daughter almost every weekend because we loved it. This time, it was soggy and overwhelmingly sweet, with far too much topping and syrup. It no longer has the same quality it used to. The omelet was still decent and about the same as before, but the cappuccino was bland and forgettable. Nothing about it stood out. Based on this visit, I won't be coming back. It's disappointing to see both the service and the quality decline from what used to be one of our favorite places.

Coupled with great reviews, it was great for dinner on a warm night. We went with the chicken tikka burger combo and the lamb and chicken combo. We both like spicy food, so asked for it spicy. Most Indian places in the area have no spice whatsoever even when you order spicy, so we kind of expected the same. We were pleasantly surprised! The food was so good, spice level was perfect, channa was well seasoned, and everything was made fresh to order. The service was great and we will definitely be back soon!

Service was quick and friendly, and the space was clean and well-lit with a decent ambiance. I ordered the lamb taco and the chicken tikka taco. I also got a cup of coffee, but note that they only offer regular milk. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a quick meal. Plus, parking is easy!
