Came here for the first time for dinner on a weeknight. Ordered takeaway- the samosa chaat, house special uttapam, and saag paneer. Total came out to approximately $40. What's hot - Quality. All the dishes were pretty yummy. My favorite was the samosa chaat. There was a good amount of potatoes and chickpeas and the sauce was delicious. Very good flavors. The saag paneer was a great thick consistency and flavorful. The uttapam was substantive and flavorful, as well. - Menu. Good variety and there's something for everyone- meats, veggies, and vegans. - Price. Pretty reasonable, especially given the quality and portions. Three dishes for approximately $40 is not bad. - Service. My order was ready when I arrived for pick up and within the estimated time frame, which was great. All dishes were nicely packaged and some dishes that were more liquid were also wrapped in additional plastic wrap to ensure nothing fell out. - Location. Pretty easy to find and there's a decent amount of parking. What's not - Quality. I was a little disappointed there wasn't more paneer (I.e., cheese cubes) in the saag paneer. - Parking. Many spots directly in front of the restaurant have signs saying they're 1hr parking. Depending on the day and time you go, that could be inconvenient. - Spice level. I ordered the saag paneer at the spiciest level. I tasted a slight kick, but barely. Just be aware that if you're looking for spicy food, you'll probably be disappointed. I tried Chaat and More first couple days ago and I recommend them highly. Parking is right in front of the shop and there is no issue with it. It's a small store/shop with little dine in area. Me and my friend were very warmly greeted by this very kind gentleman. We ordered Masala dosa, non- vegetarian thali and Bhel puri. Pricing was very reasonable. Food came out in no time, bhel puri was very tasty. Non veg thali comes out first with two pieces tikka and pappar as an appetizer. All of the other items including chicken gravy, egg plant with potato, and Chana was very tasty. Besan laddo there as a dessert in the thali and it was delicious. Oh My! I was having a reunion with some old workmates and the place we wanted to eat at had a "closed" sign in the window. So we ate next door. What a treat!! It is a small place with a few tables and could get crowded quickly if they were all full. Chaat is Indian street/snack food and any of those offerings are enough for a meal. Instead I opted for the vegetarian thali, which includes a spicy papadam, samosa, 3 veg curries, basmati, naan, pickle, and dessert (in this case gulab jamun which was amazing!) It's a big meal!! My friends and I were chatting too much for me to ask about the tandoori chicken, butter chicken, or saag that they ordered. Mr Hemant Mathur was a gracious host and I'm eager to visit again. Service was ok, but the owner did not bother to give me a receipt although he charged me $29.65 for a vegetable, chicken, chickpeas, and bread. All separate. The 4 star rating is self perpetrated. Fresh, hot, and delicious. One of the best Indian Restaurants in the area. It's got some of my favorite Indian snacks and dishes. I recommend the samosas, the Vada-Pav, and the seekh kebab. I also recommend the mango lassi. The service is great and reasonably quick. You place the order at the counter for takeout or dine-in. The restaurant is small but clean. Found this spot while leaving work. Definitely wanted to check it out. So good, I went back twice! Lol The first day I ordered the three piece samosa and samosa chaat! The samosas were really good. I preferred it with the sweet sauce. The chaat?? Mannnn so flavorful! I know the to-go picture doesn't look like much but even those I shared it with were amazed by how delicious it was! I went back the next day to grab lunch and ordered the butter chicken and garlic naan. Online it had an option to make it spicy, which I did! For sure a five star dish all on its own! One of my favorite Indian spots in the area. I always get the veg thali and it's so much of everything I want at a reasonable price. You get rice, 3 vegetable sides, pickle, papad, a samosa, chapati/naan, and a little sweet. It's such a wonderful deal and I don't eat a lot so I'm able to get it to last for 2 meals! I want to try the vada pav and pav bhaji but my mom makes those SO well nothing will be a fair comparison. Definitely try this place! read more

I really wanted to like this place.... the Samosas were pretty good and the sauce to accompany them was as well. Were it went wrong was with the chicken curry. I was asked if I wanted it spicy. I said yes. When the dish was delivered, not a single hint of spice. I mean nothing and I love Indian food because of the spice. Chicken was dry even though in the sauce. While there many people were going in and out, maybe I may have ordered the wrong thing with the curry chicken. I will be back and hope to get more spice for my buck. read more

We stopped by this place for lunch on a weekend. This is a very casual place and located in a strip mall alongside multiple restaurants catering to ethnic cuisine. There are about five to seven tables and the restaurant is fairly small but we were quite comfortable and did not feel rushed. We had the Chole batura, bhel puri and puri bhaji. The bell puri was decent but the star of the show was the chole batura. The chole was awesome. It was well seasoned, spicy and had the right balance of tangy and spice. The quality of food is inconsistent. I ordered chole bathure and dahi balle for the first time from chaat and more last month and was impressed with the flavors and freshness of food. I went there again today for chole bathure and samosas. Some pieces in the chole tasted rancid and had a foul odor. To me it looked like, the chef had tried to freshen up stale chole by adding aromatics such as cloves. The samosa tasted stale as well and looked like as if it had been deep fried five times to make it crisp. I ended up getting a stomach ache and diarrhea later in the day and this was the only thing I ate in the entire day. I cannot take another chance on my health and will not visit this establishment again. read more

I stumbled on this place while my spouse was gettin a haircut in the same plaza. I had been craving Indian Food for weeks! So I figured I'd give them a try. And they did not disappoint!!! Food was soo good and flavorful. I got the buttered chicken. Very simple yet delicious! I just wish they had more drink options too. Maybe some cultural drinks rather than the ordinary sodas. The portions were a bit smaller than I normally get elsewhere. I will say I was satisfied after eating but I always have leftovers when eating Indian Cuisine which is always nice. These are photos of the delicious Papri Chaat, and part (yes only part!) of the non-veg thali, of which we had two. Very tasty and filling, shared! I have left out the pappadum and small tasty gulab jamun bite. Both were delicious! We have previously tried the butter chicken, chicken biryani, chana masala and saag paneer. Important: happily for us, the standard spice level is "MILD" here, AND they know how to do it without just adding cream or leaving out flavor! They can do ALL spice levels, apparently. Now, takeout or quick eating is best, a few spartan tables inside, everything served on paper/plastic etc. White table dining sought? Look elsewhere. Have been to chaat and more a few times now. Tried vada paav and stuffed bread the first time and since then I'm a fan. Chole bhature are pretty authentic as well. They serve comfort food (home style) at a reasonable price. I plan to try every item on their menu eventually. The owner is passionate about cooking and came a long way. Amazing Chaat and equally amazing are the owners! If you're really craving the Delhi Chaat then this is the place to go. We found this hole in the wall place by sheer chance and we were glad we did. The bhalla's were soft and the yogurt and chutneys on top just the way I remember back in Delhi. The chaat was not artificially pumped up with tomatoes, onions or sev - just the way it's served in Delhi. Very nice! We also had Golgappe, vada pav, samosa chaat and papdi chaar and each one was just as good as our first bite of the bhalla. We didn't try any other food although the restaurant serves a full menu but if the chaats are any indication of the food, I can't wait to go back and try other things too.
