Best pizza place in east county! Super reliable and quality pizzas. Also love the anti pasta salad!

There is nothing about the food that resembles NYC pizza. It does resemble so average upstate New York pizza. I love pizza and balked on eating this tragedy of a pie. I hoped it might improve on the reheat the next day, not so much. I have never been to a pizza place that would serve store bought meatballs and sauce. That dish looked microwave heated due to the over cooked pattern the sauce arrived in. The Italian bread was just regular store bought bread with butter, garlic and some herbs. The lasagna had two layers and all the cheese needed to mask the mediocre flavor. I never enjoy being put in the position of having to trash a business. I was given a meal and paid over $50 only to through it in the trash. I am sure sometime in the past this place used fresh ingredients with homemade sauce and was made by someone with love and care. Good food although it's not the same as it was, seems like it tastes a little different to me. But I also noticed a lot less grease stains in the box! So I tell myself it's healthier than it was? I had the worst Greek Salad , worst salad I've ever had , full stop. There was zero crunch to the lettuce , it was chewy . And the olives were canned sliced black olives . Plus the tomatoes were limp , looked like they started to turn . They were droopy mushy tomatoes. And oil and vinegar dressing was a bright tumeric yellow. . I ordered garlic bread to go with my salad . Stale tasteless toast . I won't be ordering here ever again. read more

I was looking to try a different pizza joint, but I don't recommend ordering a delivery from this place. I placed an order at 8:30pm on a Friday and they said to expect my food between 9:10-9:20pm. First time ordering from here. Can't speak about the inside of the restaurant since we ordered for pickup and when we got there, they brought our food to the car. He was wearing a mask which was great!! We got their white pizza and it was pretty d*#n good!! My wife has a great pallet and is one of those people that can identify most ingredients. I found out about this little hole in the wall pizzeria about a year or so ago when we had it at a friend's get together. It was bomb! New York Giant Pizza has since become our family's go-to pizza place for events and birthdays. The quality of the sauce and cheese is next level. It's simply just good pizza. The old man who is I believe one of the owners is so sweet and kind. We've been there to pick up orders and he just has a great aura about him. He's become my favorite part about doing pick-ups in store. He really seems genuine. His sons are polite too. The pizza certainly surpassed my expectations. This is a quality pie with quality ingredients. Mine was a pepperoni and jalapeño. There are so many Italian places nearby the area with great pizza but it tends to be super heavy. New York Giants style is a bit lighter and more like party pizza instead of a heavy loaded greasy pizza. I'll definitely be back. read more

I love coming here to get big giant pizzas for birthday parties and other big events. I usually have 20 people over for parties and get 2 big pizzas for 23.99$ each pizza, and it's a steal. It literally feeds the whole crowd plus there are lefts overs. I get the pizza cut in squares always. Also the hot wings are amazing as well, so mouth watering. Inconsistent First time we ordered from here it was so amazing!! We had found our favorite pizza place. Ordered the second time it was just OK. Didn't care for their boneless wings at all! Ordered today, a large pizza with 12 bone in wings and asked for them extra crispy. First, wings didn't come with the salad and fries it said it did, and the wings were not crispy at all, like honestly they were soggy. We had to put them in the oven it was SOO bad. We have lived in Lakeside for 3 years now and cannot believe we did not visit sooner! We ordered the Giant Deal that comes with a 28" pizza with one topping, 10 wings, and a 2 liter soda for $30 . We added sausage and bell peppers to one half and pepperoni on the other half. The pizza was absolutely delicious! I ate both sides and tons of left overs. Even today it taste just as great! The Buffalo wings were crispy and done with perfection.... You really have to try them yourself to see I'm not over exaggerating! And of course the soda was crisp cold we will be coming back!
