I made an appointment for Saturday the 10th, as I live 1.5 hrs away (travel for work). A different girl "fixed" them. I don't think they match due to the amount of layers of the powder dip product. I tried to explain to them and it was like they didn't understand what I was saying. I showed another woman who works there, but I don't think it was the owner; I think she was helping somebody else. The one who I think is the owner wouldn't even look at what I was saying and just told me that they were not going to do a color change for free and that I needed to remember what number the polish was. It was the very same number that I had done on Monday, just a thicker application- which in my opinion, makes a huge difference for this sheer pink. If it were not for the indifference and their attempt to scold me, I would not have even bothered with the review I just would not have gone back again. For the record, when I had my nails done I also had my toes done. The total was $80 and I left a $20 tip. I was prepared to tip when I had the nails fixed, as well.
