I get my nails done often so it's not that I'm being overly picky but I know when nails are done well. I showed the man a picture of what I wanted he said $40.. he started doing them and cut me twice, shape was off.. when it was time to put the color they switched me to another chair. Then the lady said it was 10$ for gel and 5$ for design. I said that's not what the man said, she then said he was only looking at the style. It didn't make sense. I said I wanted the nails off instead and they said they were closing. I got a regular nail polish. My mom got hers done as well, she got a fill and it was around $40 or $45 for a fill! read more

I went to this salon with a gift card I received. The lady who did my nails did a good job. When I went to check out I gave them my gift card that said on the back "no expiration date" they would not take it. The owner got involved and said no because he just bought the store 3 years ago and he said the gift card was from the previous owner and he would not honor it. This gift card strictly had New York nails on it with their address. I work in customer service and would do anything to make the customer happy, I will never go back here and I will let my friends know this as well. read more

First and last time at this nail place. Took 2 hours to get a fill in. Air was strong and got tired of playing musical chairs being bounced back and forth to all the employees. My nails do not look good. I came home and had to file them because the edges were so square and sharp. Not happy about the time it took and not happy about the way the nails turned out. Employees talk entirely to much and can not focus on what they are doing. The only thing I liked about this place is the gorgeous dogs. Love the dogs! I will not recommend nor will I return. I stopped into this place to get my nails done since it said it took walk-ins and I needed an appointment soon. I went in for a simple acrylic refill and was told that my nails needed to be taken off and a new set put on... I've been going to the same lady for quite some time and she always refilled my nails no matter what. So, I said 'whatever' and they took off my nails, put on a new set, painted French using some weird stencil and painted a really bad flower on my ring finger. It looked like something I could've done. I left with white nail polish all on my skin and got charged $40 for a refill. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be back. read more

Had a gel manicure from Kevin for the first time today. My first impression was it was not a clean environment. He spent 15 minutes with me from start to finish. Never soaking my nails, just went straight into cutting cuticles, told me to wash, then he started painting.....so far so good on the nails but can not see it lasting more then a couple weeks. His prices are NOT what are posted on his website. It says basic manicure $10 which I thought WOW but when I left I was told $30. Was this all because I got gel? You figure that one. I will never go back and would advise you not to either. Not worth the money and not sure if the one tool he used was even sterilized. read more
