The sister was just really sweet!!! Really liked her but the service sucked!!!! My nails are so huge, like thick!!! Then my nail fell off within a few hours of me leaving!!!! I paid $65 for a full set of acrylics and this happened!!!! I mean, I was really excited to start going as they are really good with Covid precautions but my nails look silly! Almost cartoonish as to how thick they are and then, underneath, they are not filed down so they scratch me, pull my hair, mess my comforter up, it's just a HUGE ZERO for me!!!!!! Went here for a pedicure...lasted about 15 minutes, feet just as rough as when I went in. I told the owner...was told go home put vaseline on with socks and sneakers LOLOLOLOLOLOL still laughing! Really it's summer and I wear sandals that's why I wanted a pedi...NEVER GOING BACK. read more

I've been going to buntea since they open, 10 years ago with that being said never had problems until this year when I decided to get dip nails in the beginning they were gorgeous, the third time getting done they only lasted 10 days broke off etc:]; so I decided to take them off and just go natural again,this is where the night mare started. They were still on my nail BED I had 4 broke nails, within 10 days, so to me not worth the money, instead of soaking the nail to get off the dip, Kelly literally ripped off the fake nail with MY NAIL, very painful and completely unprofessional my nails are completely ruined now, have to probably wait 6 months before I can even polish them again. I went in buntea to show Cindy and get a refund of course and instead of taking accountability she said that nothings wrong and my nails are thin is all. NO NO NO my nails are ruined now, possibly for good! so sad! Just take accountability for what you did wrong! say your sorry and give me a gift Certificate or something. This salon is clean, doesn't have that nail salon smell and the techs are really sweet. The phone rang off the hook with people making appointments while I was there on Saturday afternoon. They take walk-ins too. Kelly was so gentle with my pedicure. Sometimes, techs are rushed and when they use tools on your nails, they hurt you; not here! This was my first visit to this salon and I will be back. Like I said, she was so delicate and gentle. It was so relaxing. Do yourself a favor and go. The other patron that was there recommended the "spa pedicure" for $35 which I will get next time. I got a regular pedicure (without salt scrub) for $25. I'm so glad I found them. :) read more
