I've been training regularly with Reggie for over a decade and I am hardly the only one who's been with him for that long. Reggie inspires a ton of loyalty and his clients tend to stick with him for the long term. Not only is he a great trainer but he's an even better person. As for training itself, you will never ever be bored or get complacent working out with Reggie. Whatever it is you're looking for -- circuit training, boxing, core workouts, traditional weight training, kettlebells/ropes -- Reggie is a skilled instructor in all. Not sure? He will mix up the various disciplines and exercises and keep you on your toes, but never expect you to go way outside your comfort zone. Reggie is perfect for people who have hectic day-to-day schedules, travel a lot for work, have unpredictable childcare needs. He is super communicate and flexible about scheduling and will never try to lock you down into something that doesn't work for you. He can train you at one of multiple commercial venues, come to your own home/office gym, or work with you outdoors. I could not recommend Reggie any more highly and only wish that Yelp allowed more than 5 stars! read more

I have been a client of Giacomo's for almost a year. He truly cares about his clients and their progress. He takes the time to listen to what your goals are, what you expect from him and tailors his workouts to your needs. Giacomo is a great teacher and helps you understand how to work out more effectively. He follows up with you each week to see how you're doing and motivates you during every work out. His workouts are always challenging and his positive energy pushes you to do your best. He even plans separate workouts for you to do at home or for when you travel. Working with Reggie has been incredibly helpful for my fitness and overall happiness about my body. I was looking to work with someone who would help me slim down and tone but also allow me to feel comfortable in my own skin in general. Reggie's sessions are well structured with cardio at first followed by body-shocking circuits. He knows when athletes can push their limits further to see more results. While recovering from knee surgery I started to work out with Reggie on a regular basis. I was trying to get back to the gym while also getting in shape for my wedding, without any reinjury. Reggie helped incorporate boxing, lifting, and cardio into my routine - while also keeping in mind I had a bum knee I had to keep track of. This is an amazing training studio! I can't say how much I have gotten out of going there. I went pre-pregnancy and through my pregnancy and then after my pregnancy Was able to drop the weight quickly and it was in great shape within a few months.
