So after buying three aftermarket cartridges on Amazon to replace Rohl Natuzzi and sending them all back when possible, NYRP had cold clockwise OEM piece for a great price- well below others. Was here in two days, installed and perfect. The bs chinese sham replacements either leaked immediately or had spindles that were just off enough to have the handle clicking, ie spinning the spindles and eventually would ruin the handle spindles. This company pops up if you try to get sink, tub parts for Barber Wilson, a high end British company. This is a sales company and they do not know the product. Called and emailed about leaky faucet parts. Two different answers re what was needed, one of which was $400 in parts! My local, plumber fixed the problem for $148. no $400 parts plus labor. NYRP admitted when I asked why two different recommendations they are not techs, but sales people. read more

I bought what were supposed to be American standard faucet replacement handles. They looked the same but they didn't fit right, they just kept spinning around. Returning them would have ended up cost me as much as the handles cost to begin with. Also, American standard will only honor their guarantee if you still have the receipt for the faucet. MOEN only requires you to send a picture of the broken/leaking faucet so I replaced the American stand with a MOEN and called MOEN to register the new faucet just to make it easier if anything goes wrong in the future. read more

I have had two experiences with NYRP. Both were replacing orders online. Even though they stated things would take 8-10 days to ship, they were put in the mail the same day I placed the order. It's always good to call to verify items are in stock. The sales associate who answered the phone in his best NJ accent was super helpful. He was able to confirm the items were in stock. Showing up to any business and expecting them to have the part you want is questionable. Not doing sufficient Google research to know what part you need is foolish on your side not necessarily theirs. They carry lots of products and are not experts on everything. Their prices were better than anything else I found in addition to having what I needed in stock (Grohe wall toilet valves gaskets seals) when everyone else was shipping from the UK and taking 6 weeks. Been to this place twice. They were able to find parts for a really old (I mean old) sink which no other store had in my area. The guy that was helping me was super nice too. They had the kitchen Sink cartridge I needed for my discontinued American Standard kitchen Faucet but after calling American Standard found out Lowe's and Home Depot carried the same replacement brass cartridge for substantially cheaper. NY Replacement Parts charged $25 for the same cartridge Lowe's and Home Depot had for $16/$18. Definately get part # first then call ahead for price so you don't over pay like I did .
