The staff provided NO NOTIFICATION TO US, we in turn had already used the courtesy fee to pay for our two utility bills to avoid a shut off. Meanwhile the upper mgmt was very aware of my husband's severe work related injury, which has left him with impaired mobility & unable to drive or work again. They stopped the courtesy pay without any notification causing us accrue more fees as the payments bounced.

But based on poor qualoty of experience, will be wary. 2. Beware that when you terminate service contract with them, they will continue to charge their fees to your brokerage account at Scottrade as your account is opened through them as advisor, even if they are not doing anything/ money just sitting in the account and you already signed papers to tell them not to manage your account anymore. Thus, move all your money out pronto when you want to terminate. They will not refund you if you do not move money out even with written and signed statement by both parties of said termination. This reflects lack of integrity. 3. I had to remind them what things maybe done to improve tax efficiencies, instead of the other way around, which is very disconcerting.
