She explicitly stated her rate was $20 per 3 minutes. At the end of our time, she charged me $500 via Zelle for supposedly completing 25 dances spanning 75 minutes. Thanks to clear, unalterable digital timestamps from my phone, I have proof that this is a mathematical impossibility. I sent a text to someone else at 11:54 PM before even meeting Milana, and my Chase Bank Zelle confirmation timestamp shows the $500 payment went through at 12:36 AM. The entire interaction lasted a maximum of 39 minutes. At her stated rate, the maximum true charge should have been $260. I was overcharged by at least $240. When I brought this undeniable evidence to Rosewood management, they refused to take responsibility. They claimed it was my fault for not notifying them on the exact night so they could check her "timer." A reputable venue would audit its staff when presented with clear bank receipts and text timestamps proving a customer was overcharged more than 90%. Be incredibly careful with your money here; management will protect deceptive staff over honest customers.
