The ladies were waiting for an hour with a scheduled appointment. What is point of setting an appointment if you cannot honor the time slots you are confirming. I understand you're busy but do not schedule the appointments so close if you cannot accommodate the people, you're setting times for. Your time is just as valuable as everyone else's. Who wants to wait an hour for an appointment the business set. This is a popular location but maybe a little too busy for their own good as the amount of people clearly cannot be managed correctly by the staff or facility equipment.
