So on the hunt for a a new dentist I found Dr. D'Alesio at Steel Valley Smiles. I had a friend at work that went to him and had a chip in her tooth fixed. This sold me before I even stepped into his office. The work was flawless. Dr. D'Alesio is extremely professional and thorough. The dental assistants and hygienists do an excellent job and I've never had to wait longer than five minutes past my appointment time. I've been able to get in an emergency appointment with ease. Equipment is new and you can tell the care is always being updated with the latest procedures. I've had some bonding and refinishing work of some teeth and it's just as flawless as my friends' work. My employer provides dental insurance, but I noticed at the office on my last visit that they offer an in-house care plan for those patients that do not carry dental. We were switching due to an unfortunate experience she'd had at our previous dentist that made her unwilling to return there. She was taken back at her appointment time. I sat in the waiting room, so I can't speak for what it was like back in the dentistry area. But while I was sitting in the waiting room, the dental tech came out periodically to give me updates, which was nice. My kiddo is pretty outspoken and picky, and she loved this place. She said the staff were really friendly & she felt at ease while back there in their hands. She said she definitely wants to keep going here, so we'll be back.

Then I heard "the mailbox is full right now and can't take any more messages." And the call was disconnected. I tried the door again and it was still locked. So I waited about 10 minutes more.
