This was my first visit to this location of Urban Acupuncture. I have regularly gone to the…read moreWesterville location when I worked up that way about 4 years ago. I discontinued treatment when I didn't see improvement. Turns out - I had the wrong diagnosis! Continuous PT at that time and finally an MRI - showed me the right area and I tried chiropractor and PT for treatment - unsuccessfully. Now years later, the problem has flared up as I have deeply engaged in yoga and running. I filled out the online new patient form as I had new goals I wanted to discuss. This location reached out to me so I scheduled an appointment here. The exterior is a bit questionable - and the area - but inside is absolutely lovely. The entire space has been remodeled and is quite appealing. The treatment room is the same as Westerville - awesome, huge, plush, leather recliners with soft music and dim lighting in the background. My clinician was knowledgeable and professional in the intake meeting. It was short and we proceeded to treatment. His touch was perfect in applying the pins. I struggled to relax as I had had difficult conversations earlier that day and they spun circles in my head. I should have hooked up to my meditation app and put on my headphones. Next time I will. I opted for 30 minutes - rather than just chilling out indefinitely and waiving them over when done. 30 minutes was about perfect as I started to fidget. The clinician quickly removed the pins and I was on my way. Later in the evening I felt wonderful - no pain and energy tingling when I attempted to meditate later. Still today - no pain. Fingers crossed we are on the right path! I've scheduled again for next week - looking forward to additional benefits! I highly recommend you check it out if you have any interest. It does not hurt at all and is, in fact, super-relaxing.

I am Cross posting this review across all of Dr. Mano's listed Google businesses because they are…read moreall connected and they are all terrible. Hit by a truck while walking across the crosswalk at Meijer on Hamilton Rd back in March of 2025. Was referred to Dr Manocha at his office in Newark shortly thereafter. Took weeks to get in due to poor communication on his staff's part. I was specifically told that I needed to get the imaging done, and then after Dr. Manocha looked at it he would call me to let me know what was going on and to schedule an appointment (this is relevant later). Was sent to get imaging done about 40 minutes away, but couldn't schedule it for over a month because Dr Manocha wouldn't send the correct paperwork and the office I was getting imaging done from had to get directly involved. I went for my imaging And then waited about a week for the doctor to call me, this never happened. I spent the next couple months calling Dr. Manocha and leaving voicemails without ever getting a response until I eventually just gave up. Fast-forward to three weeks ago, I received a text message telling me that I owed his office $75. I called again to dispute this because I was not going to pay $75 for a Doctor who refused to actually be a doctor. I never received a response. Fast forward again to this week where I receive a letter in the mail telling me I still owed $75. I reached out to Dr. Manocha's office again. Except this time, I told them I would be going to the state medical board with a complaint due to all of the poor behavior the doctor displayed. Apparently, the threat of going to the state medical board and filing a complaint was enough to finally get a phone call back in which the young lady at his office could not have been less interested in being helpful or nice. I asked to have the doctor give me a call to go over everything that had happened, the young lady promised that he would but it might not be until Friday the very next day (today) I received a call from the same young lady, but not the doctor. She informed me that this was my fault for not scheduling an appointment after I've had my imaging done. I informed her I was specifically told that the doctor would reach out to me, which he never did as well as the fact that I called over 30 times and left voicemails that were never returned. Her response was "you still should've scheduled an appointment," but failed to explain how I could've possibly scheduled an appointment with this office if nobody ever got back to me every person I have interacted with at this office has been rude and just north of shady. The doctor should not have a license, and the people in his office should not be employed if this is what they consider to be quality care for people in pain
