One call to Ralph and Scott was out in a few minutes, picked the whole dinghy and trailer up on a truck, took it in, the team diagnosed the issue, gave us options and had the whole axle replaced a short time later! The manager said it would probably have to be cut off and would take 1.5 hours totaling roughly $100. i said not a problem il just skip the tpms sensors for now then. well they ended being able to get it off and asked would i like the sensors since i didnt have to pay the cut off fee. i said no just the tires. Well it cost me $150. The y charged me the same amount they quoted to cut the nuts even though they ended up not having to. It was a giant ripoff. to top it off my wife and i got in my truck and is smelled like weed and butthole. i will never go back there again, and i recommend you stay away too.

I was traveling from Grand Rapids to Traverse City and my tire pressure warning came on about 10…read moremiles south of Big Rapids. I stopped at a gas station and filled the one tire that was low. It appeared there was a nail in the tire. I lost 3 PSI in 10 miles again so stopped in Big Rapids. Tried the chain right off the highway but they were a 2 hr wait. Called Big Rapids tire and they told me they could help me out right away. So friendly and quick! We were back on the road within a half hour! Can't begin to thank them enough for their assistance and friendly demeanor. A true local business that seems to care about their customers.
