    A Perfect Fit Nanny Agency

    A Perfect Fit Nanny Agency

We had a wonderful experience with A Perfect Fit in Phoenix AZ! Kara was a pleasure to work with…read more She quickly and professionally found us a temporary nanny for three days/evenings during our vacation. The communication was top-notch. She had already booked us someone before I even heard back from another nanny agency. Our nanny was great with our three boys. She was on time, engaging and trustworthy. Having a little bit of time without the kids on vacation was also so wonderful (and much needed on an 8 day trip)! I will definitely use Kara and the Perfect Fit team on our next vacation. I highly recommend them for your temporary and full time nanny needs!

The Perfect Fit nanny agency is very confusing. They seem on top of things when they want all your…read moreinformation to sign you up as a nanny. Even going so far as pestering you repeatedly through phone calls, emails, and texts to turn in things you might be missing. Once they have you in their system though, it's crickets. You can email, text, call several times but don't expect any type of quick or professional response. The way the job listings are written goes even further to show they lack the skills to post a professionally written job description. They will NOT accept any family letters of reference from previous nanny positions, even after speaking with those previous families to confirm the letters were in fact written by them. I feel this does a disservice to the nanny's they are trying to place as I believe those letters give the BEST picture possible to potential nanny families, written in the words of previous families and not written by the agency "interviewing" them for references. Those letters should be added to the nanny portfolio's. I even specifically asked for mine to be included as I have several stellar references and letters to prove my qualifications from previous families and was told no, those are not accepted by Perfect Fit. I am actively working with other agencies in the area and have been told by them that the Perfect Fit is the agency that other agencies discourage nannies to partner with and I can now see why. Let me explain further.... I was taught to follow up with a kind and courteous text or email after a job interview. They will NOT allow you to follow up with families after an interview to say " thank you for your time. It was nice meeting with you. I really enjoyed hearing about you and your family. Etc etc etc". You are told straight out that you CAN NOT share your personal information with the families and you CAN NOT use the families information (like phone numbers) to contact them with a follow up thank you after an interview. Interestingly enough, other agencies actually encourage you to follow up with families after interviewing with them, telling you that these follow up texts/emails/phone calls actually go a long way with families when they are choosing to hire a top quality nanny. After an interview with a particular family that I really thought I would be a good fit for, I attempted to contact my nanny coordinator/placement manager through The Perfect Fit and asked them to please follow up on my behalf with the family to tell them thank you for their time, etc since I knew I'm not allowed to. Again, the response I got from them was.....crickets. ZERO response. The Perfect Fit seems to want to get a bunch of nanny's on their roster to present a top notch agency to parents but then do not follow through with communicating or advocating in actually placing their quality nanny's with families. I had an interview with a family who was using this agency and they had the same complaints, that the agency was not proactive in response time & the family felt their fee was not being used in a way that was promised. They communicated with me that they loved how qualified I was after talking to me, but that those qualifications were not presented to them through my portfolio. They communicated that they were being sent nanny's who seemed like they were with the agency just because they could simply pass a background check and who had little to no skills to be a qualified and caring nanny. We were not a perfect fit just because the drive time for me to their house would have been an hour or more in traffic. I later saw this families new job posting with a different agency. If you're looking for an agency who is NOT pro-active, NOT responsive, and NOT professional, then you will probably fit in great with The Perfect Fit. However, if you want an agency who will take placing a nanny with your family very seriously (as it should be), you should probably think about looking elsewhere.

It is amazing to witness and we were thrilled with her teachers and the care they provide as if our little one was their own. We would recommend Tinycare to anyone who is looking for childcare help. We also really loved the communication tool they use to provide parents with updates throughout the day by sending pics, videos, activity updates, and more. It made our day to get these little updates and a sense of relief during that first week of transition.

His teacher and coteacher are great at keeping us updated throughout the day with what he is doing, eating, diaper changes, and sending pictures. We love the small ratios and definitely think it is worth the cost- especially when compared to the cost of a nanny. The socialization with the other toddlers in his class has really benefited him. He is an observant baby so he watches the other toddlers learns from them as well as from the activities the teachers do with the class. I also like that they will provide high quality organic food for him and take notice of the things he likes, and asks us what foods they can get for him. We will be keeping him at TinyCare until he goes into preschool.

Not too long into our journey as first time parents did we realize we were not enjoying a single second with our newborn, and instead we were pacing the house for endless hours with a screaming/crying baby. I knew something had to be done because my husband and I were at the brink of insanity (not sleeping for two weeks will do that to you). After much research, I found Desiree, and I have never looked back. I have told Desiree countless times she is worth her weight in cool. Prior to hiring Desiree, we had a baby that would not sleep in her bassinet, would only nap if someone was holding her, and wouldn't really eat. I quite literally coined our baby as the "gassiest, most fussy baby," and I remember Desiree telling me, "No you don't, don't worry I got you." She explained her training program and how things would be done and we fully trusted her and her expertise. Within a few days, we already noticed a difference. Our baby was now napping in her bassinet, was eating, smiling, and RARELY crying. Fast forward a few weeks, our baby is fully sleeping through the night, from 7 pm to 7 am. My husband and I can actually have time together to have dinner and watch a show after she goes down, and it has been the best thing for our marriage. At every corner we turned, Desiree was there. Any time I needed her or expressed any sort of concern, she was there to talk me through it and guide us on what worked best for our baby. She is an absolutely incredible human being and we already know we will use her for our next baby. Since we had such a good experience, we decided to hire Desiree for a year so she can be there throughout the different milestones and guide us on what needs to be done. If you are reading this at 3 am and sleep deprived, I promise Desiree is the portal to you finally enjoying your baby. We are forever grateful.

My postpartum experience started off a bit rocky, and Desiree came in with such a fantastic, calm, and knowledgeable demeanor. You can tell she is the best in the business, an expert and has great passion for her work. She has been there for all of my many questions, and our baby is a fantastic sleeper, since about 6 weeks old. It completely changed our experience with our first baby for all the better. Our baby is happy, healthy and well rested! Thank you Desiree.

The easiest way to summarize this center is: great care, communication, security, and experience. The teachers have been here for a long time, they care deeply for the students and the center, which implies happy work environment creates great longevity and engaged staff. Additionally, we received daily updates and weekly photos. It is easy to communicate with the staff for any needs and they have a very active mobile application to stay in contact. Additionally, security matters, and I felt very good about the safety of my son! Lastly, the staff cares deeply for the children! It was obvious how comfortable he felt at drop off, and the smile he expressed when he would see his teachers. The teachers love the kids and are so dedicated - I am so grateful for their care. I will continue to rave about this location and everyone here. We eventually had to take him out so he can join his sister at her current school. The staff was very understanding and still wanted to reserve a spot for him just in case he couldn't adapt to the new school. My husband and I are huge fans and would recommend anyone go here.

They have always responded so quickly, no matter the issues. The teachers also provide updates on what your kid is doing throughout the day as well as upload pictures of fun activities. I would highly recommend Busy Bees to all!

It actually made the process 10 times MORE stressful and hectic. They nanny candidates they sent me were inexperienced and uneducated. Some of them couldn't even completely fill out the application. What's more, most of the nannies they sent me didn't return my calls. On top of that, the agency would only send me 2 names at a time, so rather than do a bunch of interviews all at once and get the process taken care of, it dragged on for week after stressful week. It got to the point that I began conducting Craigslist interviews in addition (I hired a private detective to run background checks if I found someone on Craigslist). When I complained to them about the service, with the above complaints, they literally yelled at me for over 45 minutes about how I was probably just trying to get out of paying (not true - I never even asked for a discount). They are not interested in you as a customer or your needs as a family. Evidently, they know what is best for me and my family. When I finally found a nanny through their service (in hindsight, the least bad of the terrible choices they'd sent me), I would up having to fire her before a year was over. Their service is overpriced and literally completely worthless. STAY AWAY!!!! I now have a nanny who I found through a personal connection, and have had her for 3 years. Now that I know what a good nanny is, I can clearly say STAY AWAY FROM THE NANNY EXCHANGE.
