Mickey stayed with our three boys both times and they had so much fun with him that our two year old seemed to want to go home with him! Stayed at the JW Marriott camelback resort for my husbands work retreat and needed a sitter for our 6 month old. I have never left her with anyone except family and was naturally very hesitant and nervous. Nita nanny was one of the preferred options given to us at the front desk and went to yelp after calling them so I figured this might help someone in my position. Our nanny was amazing. She was on time, was ok with me not wanting her out of the room, asked if there was anything I needed her to do, was very respectful and professional. She also answered promptly my millions of texts checking on my daughter. :) I was comfortable enough to call and request Emma again a second time for a dinner event we had tonight. I must say that Nita Nanny is the most reputable and wonderful company I have ever encountered! I came to Phoenix in late May 2016 for a conference and traveled with my 4 month old son. I needed assistance on 2 days of the conference and was unable to find childcare so I was referred to Nita Nanny. I received a confirmation email before my arrival summarizing my request which I appreciated and all of my communication with the service was professional and 100% amazing. Each day Emma - who came to stay with my son did a wonderfully amazing job as she came to my hotel during the stay - The Westin. She also provided me pictures often to let me know how he was doing and my son was happy and had a wonderful time. My mind was placed at ease just knowing that he was in good hands while I was at the conference. If I am ever in the Arizona area again I will definitely call Nita Nanny because the service that they provide to infants can not be matched. In fact I wish they would come to Virginia so that I can utilize them more often. In summary if you use Nita Nanny you will not be disappointed, you will be absolutely AMAZED! read more

I can't go into details at this time because I hired a law firm to investigate them. It is alarming and disturbing to me that this company has lasted so long and has 5 star Yelp reviews! I had Nita Nanny come and sit for my children at my home for a wedding that I couldn't find a sitter for. Before leaving we showed the sitter they sent were all the kids games where that they loved Candyland and Chutes an ladders, all the books, and what toys they liked. While at the wedding my husband received emails from Amazon letting us know our children had watched SIX episodes of Bubble Guppies (at a cost of us of 3.99 each). We left early from the wedding. When we arrived home we asked what the kids had done while away. We were regaled with stories of Candyland and games and activities. No mention of any TV. I was curious to what she would say so I asked if they had watched any TV. The sitter replied" oh a bit." I walked away a little upset. I came back and asked how much... "Quite a few episodes" I looked on our camera that we have for security and the TV went on less than 20 minutes from when we left. The sitter was only watching them for 4 hours while they were awake. So for $20.00 an hour plus a 15 dollar travel fee we got one good hour of care. On the surveillance camera I also saw her looking through some stuff that we had on our table. I contacted the owner Reyna about this. Honestly, I don't think she thought that it was a very big deal. In fact, she tried to blame my son - it was him that had the remote. Yes, my son was the one who pushed the button on the remote, but there was an adult there to supervise- who was not supervising. She said that sitter was cooking and that is why she was letting them watch TV. We had a thing of mac an cheese and a hamburger that just needed to be warmed up. On review of the video- my kids were in no danger. The sitter was not harsh or abusive. If you need a warm body to watch your children while you are in town. They may be a decent option. I personally will not use nor recommend this service to anyone. The sitter we had was acclaimed to have been one of their best and have worked with them for quite a while. If this is how they "watch" children when they are in a home with access to toys, games, and books. You can only imagine what is going to happen when they are in a hotel room. Incredibly disappointed. Their services are $15 for the first child $5 for each additional child. Plus a travel fee for certain parts of the valley. read more

Used Nita Nanny on a referral from the Fairmount Princess concierge service. Had never used a non-family member to babysit my daughter up to this point. So why not jump off and use a nanny service, in a hotel, in a new city, as your first experience, right? Safe to say, this experience was 10000% better than I could have ever hoped for. Reyna took time to understand the likes and dislikes of my daughter, asked about eating habits, alergies, and what would be acceptable i.e. Walk around the resort while it's nice out or stay in the room exclusively? She brought age appropriate games and activities, which I expected. What I didn't expect, and what eased my mind the entire 5 hours I was at an event at night, was the updates via text message of pictures and what they were doing. Seeing my daughter smiling the whole time was peace of mind for me. I used Reyna again the next night and when my daughter saw her walking into the room and gave out a big "HI!!!!" I knew I had made a solid choice. Other friends used a different service for nannying during the conference and did not get the same updates throughout the night I got and had a different sitter each night. I contacted Nita Nanny on 4pm on Friday requesting a nanny for 6:30am Saturday morning. Not only were they able to accommodate me, but they gave me Joyce, an angel. I was staying at the Hyatt for a conference and had actually met Joyce a few days before at the pool. She seemed very nice and attentive 1 year old she was watching. Anyway, Joyce showed up and my 9 month old daughter was having none of it. She is not use to being left with strangers as we have a nanny at home. I only really needed to be gone for about a half hour so I told Joyce I'd be back to check on things and see how they were going. 20 minutes later, Joyce texted me to let me know that my baby girl had fallen asleep. WHAT????? I can't even get my baby girl down for a nap half the time, much less a stranger!!! Additionally, she hadn't been napping for longer than 40 minutes for me on the trip, but an hour and a half later, she finally texted me that she had woken up. I got back to the room and baby girl was in a great mood after her nap! Joyce then took her on a stroller ride while I got some more things done around the room that I hadn't been able to do. At $15/hour + $10 travel fee, Joyce was a serious steal. I got to go to the conference for much longer than I anticipated and even got some packing done. My wife and I stayed in Scottsdale and required a babysitter. Note that we never had anyone outside our family watch our kids. We searched for a babysitting service in the area and found Nita Nanny. After contacting them we were provided scheduling options and from there we scheduled a babysitter. Mickey was responsive, professional, and thorough. The babysitter, Emma, arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and was very comfortable with our kids. She left us a card with her cell phone number; we texted her a few times and she responded immediately. Ultimately, this service was terrific; Mickey was attentive to our questions and scheduling. We are very pleased with the service we received. Reyna was so loving and kind with our 11 1/2 month old daughter.
