I have been active my whole life playing sports through college and being in the military as well so I have done some great workouts in my life with some amazing trainers and gyms so I don't say what i am about to say lightly. The classes are great for both conditioning and strength. The atmosphere is amazing too. Everyone is encouraging in the classes and pushes each other to reach their max potential while working out. Luke is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to get the most out of you while you are in the gym. His trainers are amazing as well and do a great job adjusting to each individual at the gym's strengths. It is nice for me to know that I will be coached and corrected to proper form and told to go down in weight to make sure I am not hurting myself and getting the movement right. I had never done really anything with kettle bells so this was all new to me so the coaching has been great from all the trainers at The Lab. I look forward to times I go there because I know I will pushed to my max and never forced to do a movement that hurts me because they are great at giving you a variation or something different to do in place of that movement. I highly recommend trying out a class and signing up.

The owner was so welcoming and flexible with us, even setting up an extra class time one week so we could make it when our schedules prevented us from joining the usual times. They have Pilates socks you can borrow (helpful for me as I'm not a regular). Instructor Shane gave us a gentle introduction and instructor Alex challenged us as we got more comfortable. I was mildly sore after each class, just the right amount. It's also right by the grocery store and a coffee shop for after-class food and drinks. If you're considering trying Pilates, you can't go wrong here.
