So i called venture and ask them if anyone have taken over my lease. they told me "no, no one have... and the room is still available... and they are still ACTIVELY looking for an replacement" I then recalled them to act like a prospective tenent... i asked them about the exact apartment and they told me it was unavailable and that someone is still living there. I got angry and told them i was the same guy who actually left that apartment. I got angry and some things were said I warn them i will sue them if i paid for another months rent... A day after i fought with them over the phone, some one took over my rent. These people are criminals and i would not recommend them! I've even suggested doing my own yard work and snow removal, as I used to, if I didn't have to pay the crazy high dues, which they've now added on an extra fee for auto pay.

We are actually in the process of working the BBB along with a couple other renters at the complex to report them because they have handled our situation and several other people at the complex abysmally. Communication has been awful. We have sent multiple emails, called and left voicemails and almost never hear back. Very long story short, they claimed they never received our notice to vacate and required us to pay two months rent plus a fee for extending our lease after the date we tried to get out of it. I had communicated via email with the office manager from the beginning that we planned on moving July 2018- they still claim they never received or notice. When we try to talk to them about it, we get no response. We have now been moved out for over a month, still have received no word regarding the walk through on our apartment, our deposit and anything else we have contacted them about.
