This past April I was going down Monroe avenue and a man driving a huge pickup truck was on my left side. He decided to change lanes and pull into a store. Well evidently he didn't see me and bent up my front fender and scratched the whole left side of my car. I was able to drive it, no injuries. Things happen. So I had to have it repaired and took it to Cortese Collision. Mike Andreano is the manager there and Mike and his team did a great job. The body and fender guy did an excellent job, he knows his business. When I first bought the car there was a little crack, some scratches on the rear bumper. Plus due to a rough winter a few years ago, jammed parking lot where I live, some hard snow, it got a little worse. So I took back to Cortese and Mike and his team took care of it again. The first time was from a side impact where they had to replace the rear quarter panel. They new piece they welded in has a visible line where the weld is. The paint also has many defects. Some of which they fixed after I brought it back twice. Others it still has since I gave up trying to get them to fix it. The last time I went to request they fix the remaining paint defects they told me they would call me back. Never did get that call. The second time they fixed a minor dent in the front fender and the paint work was terrible. Clear coat was missing in some spots and is starting to peel in others a couple years later. Find another shop to get work done on your car.

He told me to never come back and he would never donate to the VFW ever again. I was beyond shocked and moved to tears; the company owner called him to discuss his behavior and got the same treatment from the owner and then got hung up on. I don't know why he hates the VFW, or why he said he would donate to them and then try to renege or why he thought it was acceptable to treat someone so viciously. I'm a grieving mother and I've been through hell. I can't imagine what would happen if he ever had a real problem in life or how he would cope. I will never forget this experience and I wouldn't recommend his company to anyone. If he can't keep his word to the veterans of our country and then swears at a woman who's doing her job why would anyone want to give him a dime? He's an unstable monster who needs a psych evaluation. Karma will be coming for this guy.

You can go into his shop with only a basic knowledge of cars and feel secure in the fact that he will ask you to make a repair only if it absolutely needs to be done. He will even give you a heads up on repairs that he sees coming down the road. Have you ever had a mechanic let you know that your car is on the road to being a money pit and to get rid of it while you still can? Tony has done that for myself and my family members on more than one occasion. Has your mechanic ever told you to check your warranty first because you might be able to get the repair for free instead of having to pay him? Tony has done that too. She asked upfront from my Credit Card information. BIG ! MISTAKE! The service was at -10! they are crooks they overcharged my quote they give me on the phone and... they charged the Card WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! I had no signed authorization for that big overcharge. D&S Enterprises Inc DID NOT FIX my trailer. You should never charge(less to say overcharge) without finishing the job. I talked to them afterward and they were really rude, they even told me that they will fight and win any dispute I want to open. They threatened me, yield at me and I heard the boss in the background cursing so badly. I told them that as far as I'm concerned its just money(it was close to $1000 for doing nothing) and the lady took it so personal that kept threatening me. I told them have a good day. I heard a lot of complains on this D&S Enterprises Inc company. And they have such a bad costumer service. I'm very rarely in the area but I sent BBB a report and I hope at least they will take action to stop this kind of business to continue to con people.
