There were some issues with my car being delivered by the tow company and after expressing my frustrations the manager called me directly to clarify everything and give me peace of mind. I also experienced really prompt phone calls once the appraiser started taking my car apart so I could get things going with the insurance right away (they knew I was in a time crunch, and would have a baby only a few weeks theaccident!). Yet Mr. Boss man at Caliber said our concerns weren't warranted...Yeah sure dude, how about stop trying make a quick buck off insurance and people. Then I took them over (a week apart) to Dick Ide Collision and Chris (the mgr) had them painted within one work day and said he'd snap them on when both were done.
