The owner, Ms. Bekki, was just great! In addition to helping us through the contract process, hooking our trailer up for us, and triple checking the equipment, she also sold us a lock for 5x less than the markup other storage places we're trying to charge. Very refreshing experience. 100% recommend over other U-Hauls in Newnan. 5 stars.

The bad: I could not find the Penske place to turn my truck in. The sign was 12"x6" and hidden behind a bush. After many hours of being on the road, loading a truck and unloading a truck...I should be able to quickly find the business. GET A BIGGER SIGN!! Finding the U-Haul place was easy. It took about a week for my insurance to be refunded. My suggestion would be for them to create mobile apps and quit relying on mobile websites. The interface and the integration with the camera and GPS opportunities would be so much better; I found the image taking feature very clunky. I would definitely use them again.
