We qualified under their terms and then put our money down for a place. They said we were approved on their end but then the owner came back and disapproved us. They never said on what grounds this decision was based. They did explain that ultimately, the owner decides. Then, Keith worked diligently with me to include texting and calling me back late in the evenings to accommodate seeing the other properties until we finally found one. What I don't understand is the following: Why requests to see a property like some others on Zillow do not have appointments we can schedule ourselves on availability. Why they wont let us put our deposit down on a home we have not seen if we know we want that home. Its cash money people haha. Lastly, when we finally found a place we wanted. they sent our documents via email which is great. I wanted to clarify something in the lease in writing but the docusign does not allow that. Since we are 2 signers, they would not accept a pdf with the added language. I was finally able to get something via email confirmation to the lease and use docusign. Another issue we had was that the home did not have a garbage disposal. They said the owner would not allow us to put one in and pay for any maintenance. Not sure why?? Makes no sense to me. These should be negotiable items. So far, I found the ladies in the office to be very pleasant. That's definitely a feather in their cap. Will update once we move in and state whether the carpets were cleaned well and the minor fixes were done.

We were specifically told that no earlier appointments were available, that we were the first people scheduled to view the apartment, and that we would likely have the opportunity to rent it. Based on that information, we both rearranged our work schedules, found coverage for our shifts, inconvenienced several coworkers, and lost income just to make this appointment. Then, just five hours before our scheduled showing, we were told the appointment was canceled because someone else had already rented the apartment. The cancellation itself was frustrating, but the way it was handled made the experience far worse. When I expressed why we were upset after taking time off work and losing wages based on the information we had been given, the Leasing Manager working on Monday, 6/29, told me they didn't understand why I was upset and that this was "just the process." If that's truly their process, it's a process that shows little respect for prospective tenants' time, commitments, or finances. A simple acknowledgment of the inconvenience or a sincere apology would have gone a long way. Instead, the response was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy. Our time, our income, and the effort we put into rearranging our schedules apparently meant nothing. If you're considering renting here, be aware that even a confirmed showing may not mean much, and don't assume the company values your time the way you value theirs. There are plenty of property management companies that communicate honestly and treat prospective tenants with professionalism. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this one.

I have a dog, and the walking trails were perfect for our daily walks. Very quiet community with plenty to do in Lititz (30 minutes walk) or Lancaster 10-15 minutes drive. Hospital and groceries are within walking distance. I lived in a townhouse apartment with hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. Great views from the balcony, large laundry room with storage, and laminate wood floors.

My father was a resident at Moravian Manor for one year. The care he received from the nurses,…read moredoctors, CNAs and all staff was excellent. They are caring and kind. The administrative staff is on top of any issues and the social workers are diligent in helping find solutions. I can't say enough about the quality of the food provided to my father who is a picky eater. It was delicious and gave him a wide range of choices. Under very stressful circumstances during the pandemic the all worked with us so we could have tele visits with Dad as well as window visits and gave us the peace of mind to be able to see him even through a window. The entire community was kind and exceptionally considerate through a hard year.

The move was great they took very good care of my Antique furniture and other containers. Which was very unprofessional when there was more than enough room for her things to fit. Especially, when the truck had more than enough room if packed correctly. Once they began packing all had fit and what small things didn't go we packed in the car. As we got closer to evening Dwayne advised that he was going to get a hotel and arrive to the house in Alabama in the morning. We arrived to the house at 9am and no call, text, or email from Dwayne. We went to get breakfast still no call, text,or email. I called while at breakfast and was told by Dwayne that the helpers woke up late and they will be at the house by 12pm. Upon their arrival at 2pm (5 hours late), Dwayne called and advised they were at the house and decided to unload the truck in the driveway. As we pulled up to the house from picking up cleaning supplies and water for the guys we noticed our stuff on the driveway like it was a garage sale or something. It was so unprofessional and disappointing to see. Then, after they moved the things into the house Dwayne seemed frustrated and annoyed when I asked about him installing the TV's and assembly of the beds which was part of the agreement. He proceeded to install the bed and TV's. He seemed to struggle to install a TV wall mount and TV on the wall. Then, I went out to the hardware store to pick up more proper screws for the TV mount. Not sure what he did with the screws he removed in Manchester for the same mount. All the screws were packed and labled to make the installations smooth. But while I was gone he assembled 1 queen frame and a twin futon. When I came back they placed the TV on the wall and I looked at everything that wasn't till wrapped in plastic. They brought in the final piece of furniture. It was completely destroyed. I told them to leave it in the Garage. He decided to leave it right at the entrance of the garage door. So I had to move it to the side wall myself. He said it was fixable and its not. We went to sleep woke up the next morning sat back on the bed and the bed shifted with a loud bang. Noticed that the bed wasn't properly assembled screws missing and loose. I immediately checked everything. The twin bed was missing screws and shifting left and right. My antique coffee table was scuffed in mutiple places, dinning table scuffed, dressers scuffed, bed frame chipped and scuffed, some China plates cracked and destroyed, desk missing a part, screws checked and noticed screws were loosened and had to be tightened and the motor bar was disconnected, computer monitor mount was chipped like it was dropped on the ground. I was emailed by Dwayne to sent photos was told by email that they did their best and I would be fully compensated. I'm still waiting.
