Where to begin! This is HANDS DOWN the best E-bike shop in Orange County! Customer service is beyond incredible, selection was huge! They rent bikes as well, and they had incredible prices! I thought i was going to have to spend 6k+ for a good, reliable e-bike, but NOPE finally found my go to spot. They even do repairs! John and Jennifer. Thank you so much! Will be back! PS: I was contacted by a gentleman by the name of Marc Johnson he said he owned this shop and tried to get me to give him money up front for some additional upgrades to my bike. I was informed by the REAL owners of this shop that Marc has ABSOLUTELY NO Affiliation with this business and isn't even allowed near the property. Be aware of him, he was really shady. I don't know where to begin in saying how fantastic E-Motions Sports is. Last year my son won an ebike in a raffle that was donated by EMotion Sports to help raise awareness and much needed funds for childhood drowning prevention. First off, it's hard to find companies who are prepared to donate even a small gift card these days, let alone a brand new ebike. Such incredible generosity to the community. When my son was announced as the winner and we were introduced to Jennifer and John, we realized that the store was no huge corporation who could just hand over an ebike at little cost to them, but infact a family owned business owned by people who genuinely care about their community. Jennifer and John took us to their store, and showed us all their bikes and allowed us to choose a bike. My son and I were flawed by their kindness, their passion for their store and their products and their desire to make a difference in their community. As a family we would not have been able to afford an ebike, so winning it not only made a difference with the money it raised for charity, but it has made a huge difference to our family! It has allowed a super busy mom some respite from driving back and forth to sports practices and given our eldest son some independence and a sense of responsibility. It has taught him to take care of something that he wouldn't have normally been able to afford. A true gift! If you are looking for an eBike, you should visit the store. amazing people and place I called around 8 places and no one wanted to work on my surron they all had unfriendly additives etc I was getting ready to call some motorcycle shops and found this spot called them and got john he is a friendly and very knowledgeable guy extremely reasonable pricing even with my surron which he was honest and hadn't had worked on this brand and said he will Dr what he can do with a great attitude he got my forks I brought him onto my surron diagnosed it fixed the brakes and didn't overcharge or try to have more work done then needed kept it simple fast and honest I would recommend this place for anyone with any type of electric bike moto or anything along those line 11/10 spot read more
