Came in during…read morethe week and the staff to guest ratio was at least 5 staff to each customer...I wanted a tree that was too heavy for me to lift at roughly 70 pounds and literally none of the staff walking around offered to help. When I asked for help locating the tree, I was pointed to the other side of the nursery, but no thought to if I might either need help locating the trees or help lifting the container.

Wanted to keep it local and go w Beiler's, but their customer service has become horrible. Had three unreturned voicemails, dragged my toddler and newborn in the freezing cold last Saturday (only day they're open) to meet w them since they don't return calls, and set up a site visit so they could assess our property. This site visit was supposed to be today between 11-1, and at 12:45 pm, still no call ahead to say they're in the way. The guy who answered the phone at their other location said "Oh that happens all the time" regarding the late or missed appointment. Asked him to call me back when he got in touch w his driver, whom he was apparently unable to reach at that time as well. Still no call back and no nobody is picking up the phones over there (during business hours) and now the vm box is full. I'm sick of practically begging these guys to take our money (and in the middle of a terrible economy due to Covid, no less). Clearly they don't need or want our business, so now we are looking to take our money elsewhere. I understand they likely cut staff due to Covid economics, but clearly too many were cut bc they can't handle the customers.

We had a minor mix up with the installation date, but Mr. Clark assisted us in getting the issue resolved. Overall, the shed looks great and matched the colors we picked out. The onsight crew were very polite and worked quickly to complete the installation.
