3.20.26 My husband…read moreand I stopped in to shop for a new refrigerator, as ours was on the verge of failing. We had previously visited Costco and Lowe's, but after reviewing their in-store selections, we weren't satisfied with the available options. Brian, who works in the appliance department, was very helpful. We initially considered side-by-side models; however, we quickly realized that the size would make it difficult to fit through our doorway. Brian explained that delivery contractors no longer remove refrigerator doors when the unit has an exterior ice and water dispenser due to the internal hose connections. There was one side-by-side model available in stock, but it was far too small for our needs. Brian then suggested a counter-depth option. While this wasn't my first choice--since I do prefer having an exterior ice and water dispenser--we ultimately decided it was the best fit given the limitations. The delivery contractors arrived within the scheduled time window and were both friendly and efficient. So far, we are very pleased with our new refrigerator and truly appreciate Brian's guidance throughout the process.

I knew how to get to this one as I had been to this plaza before. It was easy access and I was able to run inside. As I have said before, use the app to navigate around the store easier. Did so myself, found my items in no time. I opted for self checkout, no bag. With items in hand I think this was the quickest stop I had made at one of these.

The store is large and has a great selection of most items. The items are also very reasonably priced. We appreciate that they have several store brands that allow for the opportunity to get the item you need at a better price than you might if you had to pay for a national brand, which are often overpriced. The staff are friendly and helpful. Today our cashier was Jessica and she was great. She even remembered us from previous trips to the store. If you are looking for a no-frills store to get quality tools and other home related items, definitely check them out. If you are a rewards member, you get additional great discounts and perks, and the yearly membership fee is very affordable!

Harbor Freight always pulled through for me in a pinch and I know have a drill that I will use, lightly. I came here looking for what I was looking for. I needed no frills, I just wanted the basic drill to do the job. Which was to just drill a few holes to hang something up. I found the most basic, plug in model they had and made my way up front to pay and go. Lord, I wanted to have a great experience at this location, but once I got into that line it all went out the window quicker than I was able to exit this store. The line at checkout was long, it snaked its way from the counters back up one of the aisles which you have to guess and play frogger with to figure out who really is the last person in line to join the line. This lined moved slower than a line at a DMV run by sloths. Why? Oh, it might be because they only had a two people running registers with one taking returns. They also allowed a break to be taken which then took that number down to one. This line moved as fast as a grease clog. When I finally got to the register it was a long process. The person working spoke so low that I couldn't hear half of what they said. I just wanted to pay and be on my way. To say this place is busy in an understatement. To point out they are sorely understaffed is obvious. But if you want a tool on the cheap that will do just as well as a more expensive one, this is your place.

I see why this location has an average of three stars…read more The only reason I stopped here is because it was on the way and made sense logistically. I already knew what I needed and that it was sold for a good price because I researched it online ahead of the visit. This was intended to be a quick locate and purchase visit. As I walked in, I saw a staff member standing at the entrance. I asked her where I could find the item. She appeared cordial enough, as she verbally directed me to the correct aisle. I walked to the aisle eventually locating the item. Thereafter, I immediately walked to the self-checkout lane. The self-checkout attendant asked if she could help me. I showed her the item. She took it from my hand, scanned it with the handheld scanning device and handed it back to me, so I could complete the transaction. I asked about their return policy just in case this universal product does not fit my device. She said hold on to your receipt and take it to customer service and they will let you know if you can return it and walked away. I paid and obtained my receipt, but I did not see an option to purchase a bag, so that part was unclear. After I paid, I showed her the receipt and stated that I did not see any bags. She curtly said, "Did you pay for a bag?" To which I responded, "Was I given the option for one?" I sensed that this interaction was going in the wrong direction. I mentioned the bag because though I had my receipt, I did not want to walk out with the item in hand. The store seems to be heavily patroled, so I did not want any problems. Unbelievably, they have an option for an electronic receipt; there is no way that I would walk out of there without a paper receipt. I have been to many Home Depot stores over the years, but this had to be the worst. Customer service apparently is not a top priority. Based on this visit, this location is not one that I would patronize moving forward.

Dependent on the way you approach this location will make entering easy. But do prepare yourself with the amount of traffic at this intersection. With the nearby business it's like everyone is rushing to get in, but there is no organization to the line. Once you make it through the line of cars you have to figure out which way to go in the parking lot. There is just no way to give you any guidance here. May the odds be in your favor. Inside, use the app to find what you need. You'll be happier if you do this. It'll save you time from having to find an associate to help you and honestly, it's all there, right down to the bay in the aisle where you will find it. Self checkout all the way. Honestly, if you can make it through the traffic/parking lot and use the app inside, this can be an easy run to make.
