I ordered contacts at the end of December and began having issues immediately. I contacted the office to report the problem, but when I finally received a callback, I had to repeatedly explain the situation to multiple people. I was then given the wrong trial contacts and had to call again to receive the correct pair. On several occasions, I never received a callback and had to continually follow up myself. I finally had an appointment today to show them the issue with the contacts, only to be told I would be charged AGAIN for a fitting. There is no issue with how the contacts fit my eyes -- the problem is with the batch of contacts I was provided. Additionally, my husband had to return four separate times to get the correct eyeglass prescription because the original prescription was inaccurate. This office seriously lacks customer service and follow-through. They need a better system for tracking patient phone calls and reported issues so that when an appointment is finally scheduled, there is documentation showing the concern was reported well within the 90-day period. Unfortunately, due to the lack of follow-up and constant runaround from their office, I was pushed beyond the 90-day window and am now expected to pay another $90. No thank you. Based on other reviews, it appears this company still has significant work to do to improve their customer service and patient care.

After spending significant out-of-pocket funds on consultations and diagnostic tests, I sought a second opinion at Orlando Health. The findings at Orlando Health directly contradicted the diagnosis provided by St. Luke's; I was informed that cataracts are not present. I've been seen by Dr. Antonio PRADO and by his son Dr. Dominic PRADO and they are both superb ophthalmologists.... Both have M.D. degrees. They are friendly, helpful, and seem devoted to their patients. Their support staff is wonderful, too. (A big shoutout to Kiara and Marco.) So sorry others have felt differently, but I'm relieved to have such fine eye-care here in Tampa and will continue to see Dr. Dominic PRADO in the future.

My husband and I have been coming here for years and this is now where we bring our daughter. Jennifer has basically seen our family grow through the years. Easy entrance and exit, plenty of parking. You can make appointments online and even fill out your paperwork online before going to your appointment. Masks are required for exams however optional if you are not getting an exam. They are extremely good about sanitizing between patients with wiping down tables and exam equipment with each new patient.
