The place is MASSIVE!! Lots going on everywhere. TONS of plants and there are even random fake plants which was funny to me for some reason! Basically now I know where I can get a replacement plant for whatever plant just died in my apartment! They have a wide and abundant variety of indoor and outdoor plants! They also have a boutique selection of retail merch which was interesting to browse and it also seemed like there was a farmers market and freezer section! It's a great place to go if you need a floral break and need to immerse yourself in colorful petals and greenery! The staff was super friendly and I really loved seeing so many plants that I had really never seen before! The giant cacti were also really cool - something I would save my pennies for! I understand this is a large garden center and the staff fields a lot of questions daily, but that's no excuse for the treatment I received. When I asked for help, I was met with eye rolls, dismissive attitudes, and responses that felt rushed and unhelpful. The rudeness was hard to miss and made what should have been an enjoyable Sunday errand feel like an ordeal. I want to support local businesses, and I had high hopes for this place given its reputation. But basic customer respect shouldn't be too much to ask. I left feeling unwelcome and honestly a bit deflated. I hope management takes staff attitude seriously -- it can make or break a customer's experience.

There was a real struggle vibe here - just a lot of dried out plants, leggy in low light with significant dried undergrowth that needed to be cut off and discarded, a lot of long trailing vines with leaves only at the tips. The other manager only targets the women of color by belittling and micromanaging. The lies about the descriptions on the jobs just to get people in there under such horrific work conditions. No one ever want to help you as a customer, and the ones that do are over-worked and used all over the store doing jobs they were not hired for or getting paid to do. There is an employee there that is like 16 years old but has be promoted and is given all the hours. It is obvious that there is favoritism going on in this place of business. Unfair firing and improper hiring is the name of their game and it seems as if they are running the place how they want to with any consequence.
