Mind you they tell us this right before a heat wave. Great, thanks a lot, not happy but willing to be flexible and work with them for another date. Next date given was for 3 days later..... but it gets WORSE..... NO SHOW, and NO CALL!?!? We tried calling them mid day and evening to get a time frame for when they would be coming...... no answer, no call back from our two messages. Next day no call back either... I called one final time and left a voicemail stating my frustration. It was then and only then that I got a call back. I was told that "we don't call you if they can't show up" ????? and that "I should expect that they will just come the next day".....Really in what world does a business think they can operate that policy in? And mind you they never came. Final answer: Onto another pool company..... but to find one with an opening right now?? Thanks Aquatic Technologies for nothing but a headache and waste of our time. Won't finish job That is paid for…read more I have huge wrinkles in liner, rocks popping through liner, globs of Something under the liner by seats, and air pockets behind corners of the liner. One skimmer basket doesn't work and the outlets don't have eyes to aim the water so the pool is constantly filthy. Shawn won't return my messages and when he does he tells me he's too busy to come and has to look at the schedule. I've been asking since April. I also don't know how to use the chlorinated or program the expensive filter he convinced me to get that keeps my pool completely filthy 24/7.

My wife and I were trying to figure out what is the single best thing we have bought; in terms of…read moreusage, reliability, and cost, since we got married in 1994. The answer is our hot tub, so I am glad to write this review from a position of expertise. On November 3, 2012, we bought a Vista Hot Tub from Scarritt Spas and I thought it would be like an exercise bicycle...get used couple of times the first months and then everyone would gradually lose interest. The opposite has been the truth. I'll bet this tub has been used 150 days a year, every year, since it was installed, at a utility cost of pennies per day. I never thought I would use it...but it is wonderful for achy joints, sore muscles and for just rehabilitating after a hard day's work or a long bike ride. The kids use it almost every night when they are home from college or visiting. There is nothing better than hot-tubbing, with a hat on, during a snow storm. The colder the better. In the summer, the Vista has a low-power setting so the heater does not waste energy, and the kids turn the spa down to a more refreshing 85 degrees. We have had to have it serviced exactly one time, and that was when the heat pump was acting up and Scarritt came out and replaced it for free; two days after we called. In terms of maintenance; I have replaced the filters one time and I had to order a new cover after I inadvertently went all the way through it while pushing snow off. The chemicals are inexpensive; they do not even run $100.00/year. I thought I was going to have to be a chemist to keep the tub balanced but one of the greatest free services Scarritt provides is the ability to bring in a water sample and they print out a sheet of specific instructions of what to add to the tub. I don't have to do that often, it's usually a teaspoon here or a tablespoon there, but it gives me great peace of mind knowing it is well balanced. I can't wait for the grandchildren to be old enough to enjoy it, I am sure it will still be every bit as dependable at that point.

I was able to go back just last week. My only problem with the store is the hours- I'm not entirely sure when they're open but they were closed both times I passed by in 2018. However, just about everything else is great. This is a consignment shop filled with (traditionally men's) items such as tools, home decor, electronics, camping gear, etc. The prices are clearly marked. The prices are decent if you make sure you set your expectations correctly. I like yardsale prices, but when you have a store to run (with the requisite expenses and returns), the items have to be priced a bit higher. The staff (appears to be a married couple) are very nice and not at all pushy. In fact, I got a great deal at checkout on two items that I got for the price of one. The woman at the register was super sweet. The tools and other small items are meticulously organized and presented, and while there are lots of used items, everything looks clean and in good working order. There are some bigger items out front (generators, wood chipper, etc). I definitely had a good experience here and would come back if possible. Google says they are open Tuesday through Saturday, but I am not sure.

Today I purchased some brand new (still in packaging) tools for 75 percent less than I would have paid in the hardware store.
