He wanted to get the Little critters outta there if it was the last thing he did (not really but that's how I felt). Jim, you're a gentleman and a scholar. I mean this in the best possible way: I wish you nothing but success. But I never want to see you again....because that would mean I have more critters.

Under no circumstances would I hire this company. A bat got into my basement. I called seeking help…read morefor removal. This was in the evening. I was told emergency removal was $549. I explained that I had closed off the basement and could await an appointment during business hours. It was set for between 11 and 1pm. Today. I called today to talk to the tech who was assigned. Justin. I explained the issue. I was told that no inspection would occur, the bat needed to be in plain view. If so he would remove. He called me after 2pm, almost there. I said I'd be there shortly. My son allowed him into the house. He was dressed in shorts and a tee shirt. Found the bat immediately, stop a heating pipe near the finished ceiling. He immediately called his " boss" to ask what he'd be paid to remove the bat, " I know I'll get bit" Like he was worried, in his tee shirt, no gloves. He told my son he would not remove unless he got paid first. I arrived home, and this guy rudely demanded $499.00 to remove. I tried to ask why, this isn't an emergency off hours call, and he smirked at me and said pay me or I'm leaving, enjoy your bat. I reminded him there's such a thing as customer reviews, he said fine post your review, I'm outta here, and then he had the nerve to accuse me of being rude! So I went and got some gloves for me and my son, we opened a window, and closed off the room, got a garbage bag held it close to the bat, my son gave it a little poke into the bag, I closed up the bag and the bat is no longer in my house. This person is very rude, and not trustworthy at all. And any company that hires him cannot be reputable. Never call them. Never.

Quite disappointed. Working with them for the 1st couple months seemed to be fine. Gave them an…read moreinitial 2500 deposit so they could remove the racoons and tarp the areas they damaged on my roof. Then paid them over 4k more the insurance company sent me to cover the first portion of the repairs/roof replacement but no work has been done or even started. I am now unable to contact anyone. No return calls or emails for the past 3+ months. 15 months now my roof has been tarped and I have waited for this to all be resolved. Closest I have got was their answering service twice where he assured me I would get a call back that day. Literally all I have asked for is tracking info or the ITEL report that I was told had been sent in for the 3rd time in April. Them, just like my insurance company are just hoping I give up and leave them alone. Not at all what I expected or hoped for when sold on them taking care of everything so I had nothing to worry about. Now I am the joke of my neighborhood and get repair guys coming to ask if they can do the work every other month at least
