They set a trap on our roof and inside to trap the squirrels but then would not show up to check it for days to over a week. One day a squirrel was caught in the trap, I had called them that evening, David (who did not return my phone call so I had to call his Manager yet again), did not show up until almost 24 hours later leaving the squirrel in the blazing sun (I don't think it survived).
