I would never normally post a bad review and just live with it but I had the WORSE experience EVER. Nail technician: Angela. First of all, anything I asked for was dismissed with the shape and color. When I was telling her that I wanted the shape a certain way she wouldn't even let me finish my sentence and says "it's not final". When I tried to show her a nail was way too short than the other nails, she just shrug her shoulders and said, "idk". & She did this more than once when I would ask her something. She turned off the massage chair while I was using it without saying anything. The color I asked for was a see through pink and she gave me a CLEAR, almost transparent pink as shown In the picture. It did not have any hint of pink at all, so I had to spend more money to get a gel add on to cover the clear mess. At the end when I was deciding what color I should do or if I should do French she was acting fed up with me. She then proceeded to call me picky! She said "You're picky". She didn't even talk to me the whole time besides saying I'm picky, idk, and it's not finished. On top of it all, she was watching her phone the whole time doing my nails. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. I will not be coming back here again. I paid $75 acrylic for these nails and $25 for my toes paint. First timers, I was excited to visit this place on Christmas Eve with my mother. We both wanted full sets with tips. We filled out the form explaining what we wanted at the first desk and the staff that greeted us were very friendly. The establishment is beautiful, the ambiance is very welcoming, and the decor is exceptional. My nail tech was very quiet and I ignored the fact that he spilled the dip powder while doing my nails and messed up on my accent nail, which was silver, he dipped blue but realized his mistake and fixed it. While drilling my nails he clipped me with the metal drill tip and now my cuticle is scabbed. I wanted to really like this place but it's a sad pass for me. My nails were uneven, some thicker than others. I again got these done 12/24/19 and my left hand began to start lifting 12/27 (I'm right handed and a stay at home mom and literally I do not do much to cause any lifting). My right hand nails are all glued down securely and hasn't lifted at all. I did absolutely NO celebrating NYE but my left pointer finger popped off a week later from first getting them done. Today, my middle finger nail popped off as well. I have never had this happen before. I get my nails done regularly and never have I had my nails not last until the time for a fill. ***update: 1/2/2020 right hand's thumb nail comes off. read more

My only real complaints are that the woman doing my manicure nicked my thumb and it started bleeding down my thumb. She did not say a word and just slapped some powder on it. It was fine but I didn't know what she was putting on top of it and would've liked to know before she just did that. I don't want some chemicals in there. Also, it's a bit overpriced in my opinion. All I got was a gel mani pedi and it was like $100. Is this normal? I feel like it's maybe $75 or $80 and I had to tip as well so I wasn't really feeling that... Be very careful here. There may be some good techs here but my experience has been terrible. They dilute their polishes to save money & mine literally "rubbed" off wen I got home. The pedicure was also very sloppy so I immediately went up there, asked for the manager, showed him my toenails & he actually said "you did not let them dry long enough, it's your fault" Ridiculous! I've had my nails done in salons for 30 years, I have never had this happen. He said if I waited an hour he'd re-polish. Four weeks ago, I went to the salon in the evening and after the store manager left, I was treated so horribly that I will never return. The service and product has severely declined over the past three or four years, but I continued to go out of routine. This experience was the straw that broke the camels back. This place is great! When I walked in I was promptly greeted and given a menu to choose from. Sue did my dip manicure with tip and I have NEVER had a better job. She did AMAZING! Very soft handed and gentle. My nails look so natural even though I have the tip. She also did my eyebrows and since I was getting my nails and toes done she rolled a card over and it didn't bother me at all. But I'm sure if you ask if it can be done in private they will take you to their two rooms in the back. The music was similar to what you would hear at the dentist's office- top 40's of yesteryear (think Dirty Dancing soundtrack). Nice and relaxing. They serve soda, water, and wine here. I came in near the close of the business day and had a short wait, maybe 10 minutes. It took maybe 45 minutes to finish my acrylics. The guy who did it was personal but not overly talkative. My favorite part? It was virtually painless! Anyone who has gotten fake nails knows the meaning of the phrase "beauty is pain", but not if you go to this place! I waited the entire time to feel that familiar jolt of my cuticle getting caught by the drilling implement, but it never happened! My total for a pink/white set with gel overlay was $43. The terrible nail job, I paid 37.00 bucks for. "Lynn" did my nails and she was sloppy. She brushed the color adhesive all over the place, and I left with this mess. The Manager Kevin had to stand at the register cleaning up her mess,to no avail. Most insulting he told me it was fine, and after I wash my hands it will go away. These pics are after 3 scrubs by me, and Kevin raking a cotton ball with acetone over my cuticles 3 or 4 times. The shop is very nice, the interior is plush, and feels like a spa setting. My nail tech was Tony, he was quick, and amazing! I love Jonny, he knows exactly what I want and doesn't give me a hard time for being picky. I have now been going to this salon for over 2 years. It is clean and spacious. I also like it that it is really well ventilated. The massage chairs are nice and big. I also love the pedicures here. I visit Tina for my pedicures, she gives the best feet and leg massages. Not only did I walk out with rough feet that felt no different than when I walked in, the polish was marred and terrible. Practically no expected service. I'm moving up to the north Dallas area. And with this place within walking distance I had to check it out-it looks super fancy from the outside so i figured it should be a good spot. I do like that they have you fill out a "menu" with the services you want. Cons-doesn't feel cozy, and the TVs are so far away you can barely see them. I got gel polish and they only brought me one brand to look at, and when I asked to see more they only gave me minimal options. Only did 2 coats of my light polish and they almost look see through-and I left with my gel polish "sticky". Almost as if they didn't do the finishing touches-my hails also didn't turn out shiny. I also got an eyebrow wax, and they just roll a Cart over and do it while you're sitting. No privacy! I don't want to be in a totally exposed room when I have wax strips stuck to my face. Pedicure was good-no complaints there! My total was $85, $100 after tip. Way too expensive for quality and too many other options in the area read more
