Recently we resumed service with the company. I feel the prices are fair. Maybe a little high. But what I truly did not appreciate was I had an outstanding balance from 5 years ago. Once they got a hold of my credit card information this month they billed the outstanding balance without telling me. Of course I didn't know we had a balance with them and would have paid it if I knew. Here's what really upsets me. I called the company to resume service. They pull up my account. And NEVER once mention I had $90+ they needed to bill me. They just bill it when they got my card for the most recent services. Will be cautious in how I proceed. Still using the services. They claim they tried to contact me MANY times in regards to the balance. Hmmmm well my phone number hasn't changed in over 18 years. So I find that hard to believe. The clothes come back in great condition. Just worried about the actual back office side. Seems shady they never once talked to me before billing my card over $130 after he first resumed service. Imagine my surprise to have sent 7 garments and been billed over $130. They have my email and phone number and Home address.
