We came in for an intro class which was 30 min one on one with the instructor. The instructor was very patient with my stubborn son and got him excited to come back for class the next day. The following day, class was an hour long. Started off with stretching and warm ups, then taught them several techniques. It was soooo adorable seeing all the children yelling "Kia!" and "Yes, Sir!" You can tell they were all having a great time! At the end of class they gave all the children Popsicles for being good students. I'm hoping my son will want to stay! On day one I learned a combination boxing technique and a few kicks which I was instantly able to transfer to a heavy bag.
