Our daughter has been attending NGCC for almost a year now and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff and program. Their hours are very flexible (which was essential for us) and they have treated our last two snow days extremely cautiously and fairly (half days!!! thank you!!!) which is essential for working parents. All the staff know daughter by name (not just her classroom teachers!) and greet her happily every day. She has learned so much and the daily communication through their app, including pictures, really makes me feel as I am connected to her even when we are away. She has learned so much and is always happy to go to "school" and see her teachers and friends. The directors are extremely responsive and always willing to help with whatever you need. We enrolled our at the time 8 month old daughter at NGCC in Westborough about a year ago after her old daycare shutdown after Covid. To say that we are meticulous is an understatement. My husband had a notebook full of notes and questions when interviewing daycares. NGCC has passed all of our expectations. The curriculum is great, she is developmentally ahead and learning to interact appropriately and share. The environment is loving and EVERYONE in the building knows her by name not just her teachers. Our son went to Next Generations in Westborough starting at age 18 months until the age of 5. We can't say enough great things about this center. Our son enjoyed every day there. We are a two parent working family, and it gave us great peace of mind to know our son was not only taken care of during the day, but also happy and having fun. We all made lasting friendships through this center. Next Generations isn't just a daycare, they prepared our son to enter Kindergarten. We were sad to leave when it was time to start Kindergarten! My 2 children attended NGCC Westborough for over 3 years (2017-2020). Despite the high turn over of teachers, too often changing of classrooms, and inflexibility (amongst other complaints we had), my husband and I kept them there because of they offered the long days that we needed and we didn't know any difference. Finally, after I was not pleased about how they handled my children coming back after COVID (Sep 2020), we decided to withdraw our children and place them in a Pre-School that is less corporate and more family oriented. Despite these hard times, they did not offer a full refund of our 1 month deposit, so we ended up paying for 2 weeks in which my children didn't attend (since we wanted them out asap so only gave 2 weeks notice). And we still have not yet received our partial refund! They owe us over $1,300!! They seem to care more about money than they do their loyal families. Not the place for my family. To be fair, we loved all of the teachers. They were all good to my children. The current director is unprofessional and in over her head. I don't recommend this school and regret staying as long as we did. read more

We have had our children at NGCC for the past 6 years. My daughter started as a baby and graduated the preK program last year. My son is currently in the preschool program. We have been absolutely thrilled with our experience at NGCC. They have an excellent curriculum, caring teachers, clean facilities, a large/safe playground, and they provide all food which makes life as a working parent so much easier! They have an online portal to see photos from your child's day and read the update of the classroom activities for the day. My son does fun, educational activities every day and has been learning so much. Children are grouped with other children close to their age so they are always doing developmentally appropriate activities. My son loves his teachers and friends and looks forward to special events at school like Pajama Day, the book fair, etc. read more

The teachers and staff at NGCC are awesome! We entertained a number of daycares in the area but ultimately landed with NGCC. The positive experience has been continuous throughout our journey with NGCC. The team at NGCC went above and beyond in spending time with us to ensure all of our questions were answered prior to enrolling. The onboarding process was smooth. NGCC has a good system around communication and providing insight into the care our daughter is getting. I feel there is a genuine interest and care for both the kids and parents well being. read more

Our two sons have been attending NGCC since they were babies and are thriving. The teachers do a great job keeping the days filled with a good balance of play time and fun learning activities. We love that we've connected with other families at the special events (science fair, pancake breakfast, Halloween Party...) Our kids always come home having learned something new. My daughters have been going there since 2011. It has become family to us and my girls are loved as if they are being taken care of by family. They are also getting a great education while there. We moved to the area when my son was 5 months. After an extensive search we decided to send him to NGCC. It was the best decision we could have made.
