I have used Next Generation Pest control for several years. They're always polite and arrive when they say they will. I also like that they send me a notification days in advance to remind me of my appointment. They text you and let you know how long before the technician will arrive. The last time I had my house serviced it was a new technician (Eric) and he informed that it was his first time at my house and wanted to know if I had any concerns that he could address while he was there. I noticed wasp activity on my front lawn and found a small nest on the side of my bedroom. I called on Friday and they came the very next afternoon on a Saturday to start up service. Mitchell was very professional, maintained distance due to current social distancing practices, and very understanding of how squeamish I am with insects (which is slightly embarrassing on my side but what can ya do). He answered all my questions before and after spraying. There already were pests coming out I didn't even know I had! I'm thankful for the peace of mind Mitchell and Next Generation have given me. I picked them for being veteran owned. I NEVER was pest free!! I complained and complained. They said they would send an owner out...no I got a regular guy who said, "What should I do?" I was leaving to travel with work and I was worried about getting scheduled quickly in an effort the ensure all points of entry were sealed up. My biggest fear was a nest! More scraping scratching noises in my attic and furnace filter, so Stephen came back to recheck everything but still found no sign of rodents in the attic. He did find signs some larger animal has been on my roof, but that wouldn't explain my attic noises, which remain an unsolved mystery. If they continue he said he could install a motion-activated video camera to try and catch the culprit in the act. In the meantime he once again refused to charge me for the inspection, even though it took at least an hour plus travel time out of his day. Sure hope I don't have to take legal action to force these guys to accept payment for their excellent service. :) read more

Lately though I have seen more of them because I have had a problem this whole week with rats/mice and I called everyday and everyday with no questions asked they sent someone out. Were slowly getting rid of them. There's no other company that would do that. I called this afternoon and within 10 mins Steven was at my door to check traps and set new ones. These guys were amazing!!! I called for an appointment and they called me within an hour. They came out the next day for a free estimate. They were super friendly. They were very knowledgeable and confirmed our suspicions about our little rodent friends in the attic. He proposed a budget friendly quote with no pressure. Mitchell runs a great professional business! We had a really bad ant and black widow problem! Thankfully I found this company on yelp. I called a few places but this was the most reasonably priced with a lot of great reviews so I decided to give them a chance. I can say I'm extremely satisfied with their services since the ants nor the black widows have returned and it's been almost a year now. Randomly some gophers became an issue along with garden snakes last year and they took care of that too! Definitely recommend them! read more
