They responded almost instantly which was appreciated. Atan was able to come out the following week to take a look and treat the tree the same day. I appreciated the thoroughness with the provided photos since I wasn't able to be home at the time. Sorting out payment with the office was a bit of a back and forth inconvenience but we eventually got it sorted out. All in all, I would highly recommend for the communication aspect and their ability to get it sorted out as soon as possible. Looking forward to not having to wash the cars so often!

The ONLY concern I would say I have is that I ask to be given a call ahead of time so I can make sure my dog is inside at the time they arrive. While she all bark and no bite, I would just like to make it easier for the technician sent out. Other than that I am looking forward to continuing business with Pro Active Pest Control.

The skunk was spraying so frequently that the odor had become overwhelming and was actually making its way into my bedroom. Living in the hills, wildlife is simply part of life. Most of the time it's one of the perks of living here. Unfortunately, this particular wildlife situation had become unbearable, so I called in the professionals. OR, what I thought were the professionals... I should have just called a Doberman. I will start by saying that the technicians themselves were professional. Unfortunately, the actual service was a complete failure and complete waste of money. They came out, set a trap, filled it with cat food, covered it with a bag, and instructed me to check it every morning. The problem with that approach is obvious: if the trap actually contained a skunk, the only way to find out was to walk right up to it and look inside. Nothing says "professional wildlife management" quite like asking the homeowner to potentially get skunked. Over the course of the next week, I was repeatedly assured that the bait being used was specifically designed to attract skunks and that possums supposedly weren't interested in it. Yet somehow, the trap managed to catch three possums and exactly zero skunks. ZERO SKUNKS! The skunk that was actually causing the problem remained comfortably under my house, probably laughing at them and apparently completely unimpressed by their "specialized" bait. Meanwhile, the charges kept appearing on my credit card. By the end of this adventure, I was out roughly $700 and left with the exact same problem I started with. Three possums had been trapped and removed--none of which were bothering me in the first place--I honestly feel bad for these poor possums, what did they do with them when they took them away? While the skunk continued living its best life beneath my home. Three possums later, I'm convinced the trap's only qualification was "contains animal." I'm honestly surprised they didn't catch my own cat, a squirrel, and the neighbor's golden retriever while they were at it. The skunk, meanwhile, continues to live its best life under my house while I funded this expensive wildlife exchange program. Thank you All-in-One. If your goal is to spend hundreds of dollars catching harmless possums, this company may be for you. If your goal is to solve a skunk problem, All N One Pest Eliminators are a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!

He did a consultation and came back later in the day to do the treatment. I appreciated that he was transparent and told us that this is the most he has ever seen in a backyard and that it likely will take more than one session due to the amount of beetles we had. After the first session, it did make a huge difference where we stop seeing them come into the house as much and a decrease in the ones in the backyard. After the second treatment, we stopped seeing them crawling around in the backyard patio area. We even saw a decrease in spider webs. They will perform a third treatment for the beetles just to make sure they are kept at bay. We are extremely happy with their service and looking forward to having them regularly do treatments as we often have ants and spiders as little visitors in our house throughout the year. As for the restroom situation, there is proof of your technician entering and exiting the restroom, and immediately afterward urine was left on the toilet seat and bathroom floor. That mess was not there beforehand. Calling it an "allegation" instead of addressing the concern respectfully is disappointing. I shared my honest experience as a customer. Second, I did not contact this company Cal-View Property Inspections casually or without cause. I reached out because there were serious ongoing concerns in my home, involving exposed walls, abnormal air quality, and conditions that affected my family's health and safety. At the time, children were living in the home, and the wall area had remained exposed for an extended period. The inspection was not the cause of the problem. It was conducted because I needed answers about conditions that already existed inside the unit. The inspection helped confirm that mold concerns were present in the air and on surfaces within the home, including in my daughter's bedroom. After the inspection, I pursued code enforcement. That process resulted in multiple code violations being identified, and repairs were required. My family was displaced as a result of the condition of the home, not because of anything this company created. The statements suggesting improper motive or lack of professionalism do not reflect my experience. I hired this company because I needed an independent assessment, and from my experience they were professional, responsive, and helpful during an extremely stressful situation. This company did not create the conditions in my home. They documented them. I am grateful I contacted them.

Rats! Rats! Rats! Of all creatures great and small (see what I did there?), these guys creep me out the most. One makes himself at home with the earthquake supply of Kraft macaroni and cheese and before you know it, the whole extended family has moved in. I hired a company to get rid of them a little over a year ago. They checked the house for entry points and closed them up. Rats stayed away until 2 months after warranty was up (no - I don't believe there was collusion) so here we go again. A family member referred me to Mark Sherrill of Nottingham Pest Control. First of all, what a very polite and knowledgeable young man. As a senior citizen, one worries about being taken advantage of. I was never concerned about that with this company. Mark found numerous entry points that had been missed by the previous company. He closed them up thoroughly. He set multiple traps and returned weekly to check them. He inspected the attic as well as under the house. He caught the "big daddy" the very first week and continued his inspections for the weeks agreed upon in the contract. He was even helpful enough to point out areas of concern outside the scope of pest control so we can do some needed repairs. If you have need of an exterminator for big or little pests, I would not hesitate recommending Nottingham Pest Control. I will continue to use their services. P.S. No more rats! read more

They completed a comprehensive inspection of our house including the attic In doing it he found tracing of mouse dropping and recommended that we replace the now 20 year old insulation. We had not thought that insulation could become much less effective and Mark identified a firm that did that including vacuuming out all the spots that mouse or rats had made their dens over the years. Occasionally, a technician may skip a spot or not put down traps unless you specifically ask, so I've learned to double-check the work before they leave. That said, their customer service has been very good. If you have an issue or something was missed, they'll come back out at no additional charge and take care of it. Overall, I've been happy with the service and have continued using them for more than two years.

I had an emergency issue with a wasp nest near my 2nd floor bedroom…read more It got to the point they were somehow getting into my house through the attic vents or HVAC system. I called a few places and had some folks come out to scope the issue, but none of them could offer a solid plan to treat the wasps effectively since it was on the 2nd floor and above my porch roof so hard to get to and providers wouldn't allow workers on the roof. I spoke to Daniel and he suggested that the nest might be inside the attic and to have effective treatment, you need to get at the source. Pest Protection Services was willing to get into the attic and treat the nest or potentially access the outside and spray a solution directly into the attic vents from the exterior. Justin came by the next day, went into the attic and sprayed where the nest was. It pretty much killed all the wasps and issue went away. The one-time pricing was competitive, particularly for the job needed, and I am going to switch to PPS for my recurring service. A bit cheaper than a larger provider I've had for past 4+ years. PPS is responsive, helpful, friendly, attentive to the details and got the job done. Highly recommend!

They were quick to respond and gave a price that was reasonable compared to others that responded and offered to come out next day. Dennis came the next day and communicated well prior to his arrival. Dennis explained what he would do well. Dennis made quick work of that wasp nest and knocked it off my roof eave before taking it away. All in all, I'd say he was here for no longer than 20 minutes. He recommended servicing our residence as well as the eaves to further prevent wasps from returning and to prevent other pests from visiting, but was not pushy about the service. I would recommend this company to others.
