Fast. Fair. Friendly. I found what seemed like droppings under my kitchen sink and did not have a clue on what to do and wasn't even sure if that's what I was looking at. I looked on Yelp and there were quite a few pest control companies to choose from. Next Generation seemed to have consistent raves about them so I messaged them immediately for help. A reply was given within an hour and they came out that same day. The company is really good with communicating that they're on the way to you. Mitchell came by and was so patient with me, answering all my questions. The pest control service they provide for all pests sounded like a fair deal, so I went ahead and signed up for the regular service. Traps were set and a week later, a mouse was caught. Mitchell came by that same day the mouse was caught and removed it for me *shudder* and reset the trap. I am so grateful that I did not have to do any of that. Turns out, my best friend in Manteca also uses their services and notices a difference since using their pest control. I am definitely happy to give my business to Next Generation! read more

Not easy to find services in a pandemic but owner Stephen Tahija with Next Gen came through big time for us. A family member had been dealing with a horrible rodent infestation in their home for years and even though they were working with another pest company nothing was getting better. Didn't want to hire a company who would just charge us for monthly services. Read the great reviews here for Next Gen and talked directly with Stephen who came out himself to inspect the issue. He spent a thorough time inspecting the outside of the house and found multiple obvious rat entry points that the other company never even discovered. We immediately hired them to do the exclusion, which included traps, a contractor to repair a hole between the outside wall and the roof, and even a door sweep to a water heater closet. After just a few weeks we noticed an immediate difference and they were completely out of the house after that with no recurrence so far. By far, Stephen (sp?) was the most knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to give me so much insight on the pest issue and was honest with me that they could not help. We have been using next generation since last summer! We started getting ants inside the house. I can deal with spiders, but not ants!! We were debating if we should hire a pest control company due to many mixed reviews from people we know. To our surprise, literally after the first service appointment, the ants were gone!! Next generation is great! They notify you a few days before they come and they also notify you by text when they're on their way. This past service appointment, Ryan came on garbage day, he pulled up our garbage can from the curb and sprayed the garbage can also! Now if that isn't superb service, I don't know what is! My husband and I just got our keys to our new built home in River Islands/Lathrop! Over the past few months, multiple neighbors told us of how severe the insect situation is there. Of course, it took seeing to believe it! We got our keys TWO days ago, and have seen over dozens of insects already! I decided to call the recommended pest control companies. Next Generation was the second one I called, and I can't tell you how thankful I am that they answered so quickly! I spoke with Stephen who explained their services and prices. I told him I was interested in having my house worked on as soon as possible before we officially moved in. He advised that one of their guys, Mitchell, would be heading to River Islands, and he said he would call me back to let me know what time they can fit us in. Mitchell called us after just a few minutes, and was easy to work with over the phone in finding a time that would work for us same-day! Mitchell arrived to our appointment on time, re-explained the services and costs, and got to work instantly! He took care of our whole house inside and out, and worked on a wide perimeter. It was meant to be because at the same time we already had an ant infestation in some closed dog food bag we dropped off.
