We hired Next level Catering for our 30th anniversary. We paid $1099+ a$500 tip for about $400 worth of service. SmThey said they would cook all the food when in fact it was all store bought as many of my friends saw her opening Publix boxes.The hot food was not kept hot nor the cold food cold. There was not enough food for 20 people and the only thing they made was the pulled pork. Which got 12 people sick. Not everyone ate the pork but all who did had the shits for days.. when they came back two days later to pick up canopies and their items the brought their huge pit Bull to my property and, without asking at all, just let it out of their car to run around. We have our own dogs and free range chickens, which it attached one and in the process of trying to free the chicken my husband tore is ACL. The did nothing to stop their dog. When we complained about the food poisoning they did absolutely nothing to correct the problem. No Apologies or any refund of any kind. We attended an event in Orlando that was catered by Next LC and was so impressed we asked if they would consider coming down to Ft. Myers. We were delighted to learn this Company is happy to deliver their talents anywhere in Florida. We have never enjoyed a party we hosted more! We used Next Level catering for our daughter's wedding in June 2019. This catering company is the best I have ever worked with. They were responsive from the first day we met through the event, and even after we left the event and I realized I forgot some items at the venue and they took the time to go find my stuff while they were busy wrapping up their clean up activities. They even helped carry my stuff to my car. The food was fresh and fantastic. The food was prepared individually at cook stations "made to order". They handled each order fast enough that the line kept moving, and each order tasted fresh and delicious. I did not hear a single complaint from any of the 125 guests. Everyone on their staff was friendly, happy, courteous and knowledgeable. I could not be happier with them. This was my third child getting married. Next Level catering was by far the best of the three companies I have dealt with. I am a stutterer, and everyone on their staff was patient with me. I have never felt so comfortable with a staff as I did with Next Level. I highly recommend them, and I will use them for all of my catering needs from this day forward (business events, family events, etc). read more
