3/9/2023 Recommendation For Dr. Julie Weston, Chiropractor…read more Every year I get a complete physical exam and as an old guy (mid 70's) I consider this to be very important. Last year, 2022, I had the usual bloodwork done and my results were, as usual, not real bad but not ideal. For each of the parameters that were covered, my results were not quite as good as my practitioner would like to see. In the mean time, starting last November 2022, I have been receiving Chiropractic adjustments for lower back pain and these adjustments have helped some. Yesterday I received a surprise. At my follow-up doctor's visit after my most recent yearly physical, I was told the results from my latest bloodwork were improved over last year's results. Each parameter that was measured showed some significant improvement over past results going back a number of years. I was informed today that this kind of improvement is one of the things that Chiropractic care is designed to improve. Spinal adjustments (manipulations) are intended to improve the communication between one's brain and the rest of the body. This improved communication can result in improved functioning of one's organs, resulting in the kind of improved test results that I recently experienced. It is highly likely that my recent improvements are the result of my treatment received from Dr. Julie Weston at the Chino Valley Family Chiropractic office because I can think of no other change in my lifestyle that could explain the improvements I have noted. My first meeting with Dr. Nash came via a consultation I had booked, in which I was initially intend on trying the spinal decompression. However, in initially meeting with Dr. Nash and showing him my x-rays, he didn't recommend spinal decompression to me, because it's not covered by insurance and would cost me $2,000 per session)! What a refreshing surprise to find a Chiropractor who was not "all about the money", which lead me to returning for my new patient consultation in December.
