He said "I need your whole bank statements to stop this payment". I explained that's a fraud activity, I work in finance. So I went in person as requested from John, who said this was done. It's not!! If you would like fraud done to your bank account this it the place for you! I've been trying to have this place who does fraud to its customers to STOP pulling from my account. I signed up with a credit card and this place got access to my back account. I've disputed this with my bank & had had cards replaced. It's still not working. This is a terrible service & place to go. I'll never trust this place, or the man named John that shook my hand on good faith!

So many of these self serve car washes don't have the air dryer, which is super annoying. I went here after having my car windows tinted by Copperstate Motor Club. The owner of the tint shop gave me a QR code to scan to obtain a few minutes of free wash. When I pulled up to the car wash all the stalls were full except one and the QR code wouldn't scan. I wound up paying $16 for a few minutes of water and air. My second visit here was after Copperstate Motor Club re-tinted my car. I pulled into a stall and the QR code scanner worked. After spraying my car down with water, I flipped the switch on the control box to air and....nothing. The air dryer was broken. Luckily there was another stall that was open so I pulled into that one and was able to use the air dryer. This car wash has 5 stalls I think and two aren't working properly? I don't think that's acceptable.

It gets the job done and does what a $6 wash would do. The attendant rinsed my car and made sure to get under the spoiler, which is something I usually have to mention. Mario made sure that I was attended to and brought out extra rags. I will be going back as I'm someone who just needs to be in and out. Great customer service!

I do Salem when some heavy-duty grime has hit the car, and it definitely got the job done! They have I believe 4 Bays available to wash, and most vehicles spend no more than 5-10 mins so the wait isn't so bad. The nice thing is the bay takes a credit card, but be advised to monitor your time as you're doing each item, as it will continue to roll and charge after the base time provided. It's pretty straightforward if you've ever used one before. Make sure to actually switch & push stop and cancel on the dial when done. For this recent trip, I spent about $5 & yes, I managed to scrub off all of the bugs in the front and hit on some other areas that the typical car wash misses (unlimited wash one). When I'm done, I didn't stress too much about cleaning the interior or drying it down and just drive it over to the unlimited place and let them deal with it when I have time. The location is important to me and one of the few that offers/has a "touch" approach to cleaning the car at a very low price.

I let one of the workers know that my car was still dirty and if I can go through the car wash again. The worker had a very bad attitude and told me they provide rags and that I should just wipe it down. I ended up going in to the car wash for a second time and little to my surprise.
